Odd-Geir's place was just what we were looking for - comfortable, quiet, and with great views of the mountains and the fishing village of Tromvik. We were lucky to view the northern lights from the balcony and outside the house each night of our stay. Odd-Geir was very accommodating. The pick-up and drop-off service was very useful since it's tough to drive in the winter. Eli was also very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time.

A great place with amazing views, we saw the Northern Lights, and even a reindeer from the window. It takes 1h15 by tromso road but it's well worth a visit. All the cooking necessities on site with even a few sweets waiting for us upon arrival. We were able to put on our snowshoes directly on the doorstep to go hiking in the mountain or walk on the edges of the frozen fjord. A place that will remain engraved in our memories for a long time. 💙

An unforgettable experience! Elin’s cabins are picturesque, sitting on the shores of a fjord, overlooked by only the mountains behind — and at night by the northern lights. It really made our holiday special. Elin answered our queries without hesitation and very kindly. We even had an issue with our rental car and she rang them to see if she could help. Great host! Tips and things to know: - Be prepared for a more traditional type of living. There is a proper bio toilet for solids, and a smaller toilet for liquids. - There is a portable shower in the second cabin — you can used heated up water from the kettle. - There is no running water, but a nearby creek/stream with crystal clear drinking water. - The cabin gets lovely and warm with 2 electric radiators and the wood burning stove. - It is very well equipped with everything you need. Living arrangements: 2 separate cabins. Main cabin has the living area and kitchen. Second cabin has another bedroom, fridge and toilet.

Beautiful and peaceful cabin in amazing surroundings. The sauna was fantastic and we were fortunate to see incredible Aurora borealis two nights! Cross country skiing trail 10 metres away from the cabin. Wonderful
