Monthly Rentals in Sipapu

Great location if you are skiing Sipapu. It had everything we needed!

Pat’s Tiny Home was amazing! It was the perfect location and had everything I needed and more for my two month stay. Pat always responded right away and had wonderful suggestions for activities to do while I stayed there. It’s so peaceful and quiet. I was able to work from home and record my podcast- that’s how quiet it was. It has beautiful views from the patio area and I found a great walking trail 5 min drive away- dos arroyos walking trail - if anyone wants to know. :) I mainly stayed in and cooked every night. I had a safe place to park my car, plenty of storage in the tiny home to put my things and I felt extremely safe being there. It was such a healing place too. I felt very comfortable and at peace. Pat even welcomed me into her home and showed me how to peel the green chilies for hatch season. It was such a fun experience! Stay at Pat’s place! You won’t regret it! Thank you, Pat for being such an amazing super host!

I stayed here during the month of October, which was a great time to visit Eagle Nest and the surrounding area. The day temps were still nice and got to see a little snow near the end, which included seeing the mountains gain their little snow peaks which was beautiful. The cabin was exactly as described. I felt it was perfectly adequate for what I needed. It was easy to keep warm, as it got a bit chilly at night. The view from the cabin was incredible, I could sit and do work and glance out the window to see the mountains and lake. The towns of Eagle Nest and Angel Fire are quaint and very pretty. The entire surrounding area is beautiful and I consider myself lucky to have experienced it. Don was very kind and helpful. I recommend PSC 100%!

Lovely spot in the mountains, about 20 minute drive from Sipapau ski resort. The place was very neat and clean and a lot of amenities in the kitchen were provided.
