Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sioux Falls

Great retreat location -- exactly as advertised, very private and easy to access -- felt like its own home. The dogs were outside and barking, but that was obviously no surprise or disturbance at all. Loved the hot tub and the other nice touches - the gorgeous fireplace, games and other things to do. And the kitchen had everything (spice drawer was above and beyond any AirBnb I've ever seen). Thanks for the great hospitality!

This rental met our family's needs just great!! We were in Sioux Falls for a family event and the host accommodated last minute adjustments to our reservation. Also, a personal item was left behind and within an hour of notifying the host of this concern, our anxiousness was relieved with a text back letting us know they found our item and would get it returned to us. We used every "fun" amenity offered from the hot tub, the trampoline, the PacMan machine, and the ping pong table......a great stay for grandma and the grandkids!!! The best experience with this airbnb rental was the responsiveness of the host(s). We'll be back!!!!

James's home was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for our entire extended family for a weekend getaway. Everything was as pictured/described. The kids loved the movie room. James went above and beyond as a host. Truely one of the best experiences we have had.

Great location just south of downtown and in a safe neighborhood just by Augustana College. Raheem is welcoming and engaging. I enjoyed many local spots including Falls Park, hockey at Denny Sanford Center, Siouxland Museums, SculptureWalk, Bread & Circus, Washington Pavilion, many parks forming the bike trail loop, Great Bear Ski Valley, Good Earth State Park, etc.

House was very accommodating for our group of 10. Hot tub was a great way to end the day. Only complaint was the beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked but we're okay. Overall would recommend for a larger group as there is plenty of room to play and relax.

The Gathering Place was a great home to spend my son's Spring Break. We loved the hot tub and projector with large screen. There was plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our boys. Split level house allowed privacy for kids and adults, when needed. Highly recommend this home.

This trip was our second stay at Michael's place. We were originally going to stay at a different airbnb, but they had an issue and about two hours before we arrived in Sioux Falls, I messaged Micheal to see if this one was available. He quickly responded and we were able to work it out. Things I really appreciate about this house are the conveniences around the house (like the nice silverware, the tvs, pots and pans, etc), the back yard, the garage, and the big living rooms with comfortable sofas and open floor space. And this time around, we got to enjoy the hot tub! It had been installed after our previous visit. The other thing we really like about this house is the location. It's easy to get to everything and if you want to eat out, many options are nearby (some you can even walk to). The highway is also nearby for easy access.

Cabin is small but very clean and well supplied for.Very nice hot tub, Had quick response from host.nice private place to stay!!

this was our 2nd girls weekend here. the first time we toured the area, this time we were here for relaxation. Great scenery and trail walking

I wanted this place for some R&R and it was perfect!! I will definitely stay again!! It was so peaceful. I have rented tons of cabins from all over the U.S and I seriously think it was the cleanest place I ever rented. I normaly dont use dishes etc that is in places I rent, but I did here. Everything felt clean. I felt at home. The scenery was so peaceful. I watched the wilife in the morning and sunset in evening. Worth every dime! Check it out!! You wont be disappointed.

My husband and I brought our son and 2 of his friends to visit DSU and this place was perfect! Everything was thought of and provided, the garage/recreation area was a dream come true for the boys and we enjoyed the hot tub very much. We felt very at home and it was an incredible weekend of memories. Thank you! We already plan to come back with our younger kids this summer!
