Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Sioux Falls

Great retreat location -- exactly as advertised, very private and easy to access -- felt like its own home. The dogs were outside and barking, but that was obviously no surprise or disturbance at all. Loved the hot tub and the other nice touches - the gorgeous fireplace, games and other things to do. And the kitchen had everything (spice drawer was above and beyond any AirBnb I've ever seen). Thanks for the great hospitality!

This house was just as described. We were able to walk to the park and there’s easy access to all of town. The host was extremely friendly and a great communicator. Very pleased with our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

I really liked this place. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I read some reviews saying it was in an assisted living complex, wondering whether Airbnb guests would be intermingled with assisted living residents and nurses, but these apartments are a separate and great repurposing of an empty building converted to what seems to be some general short and long-term rentals. It has everything a person could want for practical living and served as a great home base to complete my business in the region. I enjoyed the contactless check-in and out, and the ease of living in the space. The only down sides: non-cable type TVs always confuse me and vinyl mattress covers cause me night sweating. Overall, these are minor preference issues when compared to the big picture, which was a convenient place to stay, with practical amenities, for a fair price. Thank you!

We have stayed at several Airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best ones. Adam was very accommodating and responsive. The house was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope we can stay again!! Thank you!

We had a lovely Valentines get away. Downtown is so close. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the linens so soft. We can't wait to come back for another stay cation.

The place was easy to check into, in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to be able to have such a late arrival time and a way to let myself in and out as I needed.

Valarie’s was the perfect option for a quick stop on our move from UT to MN. She is communicative & provides thoughtful touches to make sure her guests have everything they may need & can relax. She was also understanding & approved our change of plans when we got stuck in a winter storm in WY. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood; we felt comfortable that there was a safe spot to park our cars & trailer full of our belongings. We especially loved the accommodation being pet-friendly. Our pups LOVED the fenced in yard & all the borrowed toys from Valarie’s dogs. The hot tub was exactly what I needed after a long day of driving; the homemade sourdough & farm eggs were such a kind (& delicious) addition.

Great location just south of downtown and in a safe neighborhood just by Augustana College. Raheem is welcoming and engaging. I enjoyed many local spots including Falls Park, hockey at Denny Sanford Center, Siouxland Museums, SculptureWalk, Bread & Circus, Washington Pavilion, many parks forming the bike trail loop, Great Bear Ski Valley, Good Earth State Park, etc.
