Monthly Rentals in Singleton

I stayed in the appartment for 11 weeks during my research stay at Texas A&M. The place fehlt like a second home - super cozy, well-equipped kitchen and Jenny was super fast in replying to any questions I had! Area is beautiful and close to the University(used the bicycle to get there everyday). Also Bryan with great restaurants is close. Aldi is a 5 minutes walk and Wallmart the same by car - easy to get your groceries done. Defenitely recommend staying here if in College Station for a shorter or longer period of time. Thank you for these great months! Defenitely will stay again if in college Station one day!

My partner and I reside roughly 3 hours apart. We were looking for a place to spend a few days that was centrally located, away from the rat race and felt homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage fit our needs perfectly! We planned to make a trip into Bryan during our stay. We loved the space so much, we grabbed food from the store in Navasota and did not leave again. I highly recommend the cottage for anyone looking to get away!

The location is unbeatable - just a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and campus, which made my daily commute so convenient. The host was fantastic - she was super friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. Her helpful and welcoming communication really made our stay stress-free.
