Great location,clean and neat accommodation, close to shopping malls for food and essentials. The apartment was very tidy and comfortable, perfect for a small family with everything you need supplied. Kids loved the pool and close walk to train station and the novena square2 mall. The van is in a very convenient location. Close to the MRT. Lorraine was very quick to respond. What we didn't like ,was that the master bedroom smelled of mold. It was very humid. We wanted to sleep with the door open because of the smell, but when you open it in the opposite block there is something that makes noise 24/7 and is very annoying. My husband is involved in construction and noticed that there is not enough ventilation that's why it happens like this. It's not the owners' fault but the builders'. We should have chosen the mirrored container, it was quieter there. Despite everything we had a wonderful vacation.

Very accomodating, interesting interior design, modern, with full amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, clean place, strong wifi (even reaches the near stop), fast elevator, near to 24hr marts and bus stops, highly recommend for group travellers!

It can’t get more perfect than this. Location is central to everything we needed ( under 10 minutes walk to Paragon, Takashimaya) place is everything as he said it would be. Very thankful David let us to check-in much earlier than the time he specified, this allowed my elderly parents to be able to rest faster after our flight. Would definitely book again!

Very cool hotel room! I enjoyed having the bathroom and couch on the lower floor and the bed on the upper floor, which gave us a little bit of space when one person was asleep and the other was awake. The location was really great, right in the middle of chinatown and just a minute’s walk to the subway/metro station “Chinatown” stop. Easy to reach from the airport, take the green line from the airport, 1st stop “expo” then go to the blue line and get off at stop 19 “chinatown”. The place is super quiet, the windows are new and soundproof, but you can swing them open to look up and down the Main Street. Maica, Mary and Carms were very proactive in all communications and were a pleasure to work with. I would stay here again if in Singapore.

My girlfriend and I had such a great time staying at Heritage Collection! The place was so cozy, stylish, and super comfortable. We especially loved how clean and well-equipped everything was. The host was amazing, super friendly, and gave us great tips to ensure that our stay would be excellent. And it was! The location was ideal too—close to everything but still quiet enough for a peaceful night. We really felt like we could relax and enjoy our time together. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Singapore!

We stayed here for 1 week and the staff especially Moon is phenomenal and provides exceptional service. Location is great when is at Bugis and near Arab street and city Hall area. They have 2 bedrooms apartment which has fully furnished with kitchen and washer/dryer. Highly recommended for family in vacation.

It’s a perfect stay for being right in the middle of wonderful downtown Singapore. The room was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was thankful for the washer/dryer also. Being next to Bugis Street was a real plus! You have to check out ALL of Bugis street. It seems never ending! Weekend nightlife, store shopping, fruit stand right around the corner, hawker center around the corner also! So, so many delicious food options (McDonalds right next door). Enjoyed the karaoke nights on the weekends in the alley behind the complex. So many highlights and so much fun! Lion was so helpful when we had questions. He was personally available for check-in also.

Fantastic space in Singapore. I was traveling with a friend and it was great to have a spot with two bedrooms — something surprisingly hard to find. Hovoh was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was close to everything I wanted to check out, with a train just across the street.

This was a very nice apartment in a nice smaller hotel/condo building. It is very well situated and near most of what Singapore has for a visitor. In addition, it is beside multiple food options. It is very fairly priced for a Singapore visit. While the apartment itself is very nice, what makes this place special is the host and their staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again on a return visit and would recommend this to everyone.

Billy was a great host. When we first arrived, it was pouring and I had a lot of luggage for an extended trip an Billy helped with everything. Billy gave us an upgrade to the backside of the building where the street noise was more quiet because he had open apartments that week. Billy was super responsive. We communicated on an encrypted app that airbnb won't let me name for some reason. The apartment was clean and everything was easy. Billy also helped us with outlet adapters as I didn't have the correct ones. The place is really convenient to the MRT subway, shops and food. It was excellent!

Had a great time at hovoh. Great location and clean & spacious apartment with all facilities. Since we were travelling with infant, they upgraded us to bigger apartment. Kitchen had all required stuff needed for cooking baby’s and our food. Special thanks to Billy. He is very proactive and helped us with all our queries and requirements. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back and stay there. Thank you again :) :)

It was very close to malls, shop and groceries. Very quite and good security as well. Right in the heart of the city.

Value for money if you are in Singapore. Short walk to One North MRT and very close to restaurants. Lorraine was very clear on giving instructions and has maintained her place well. Accommodation was just the right size for a family of 4 and has all the essentials including an induction cook top. Highly recommended if you have a short rendezvous in Singapore!
