We stayed for 10 days and had a fantastic time! The place is modern, new, and spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds and plenty of space for three adults. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and there are tons of amazing restaurants nearby. It’s also conveniently close to the MRT and bus stops, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Overall was pretty good, staff are so nice and helpful. My only point, the reliance on having a phone with you to enter the apartment can get quite frustrating, as I went to go charge my phone before coming home so I could get in. I know they have a backup phone but this requires that you memorize the door code on the outside to even be able to contact support through the tablet, which is inside. My recommendation, when a guest checks in, give them a card like a hotel, those cards have ID numbers, the host can remotely program the door to allow access to a room based on the cards ID. To me this is a better approach and would make for a smoother access, considering you have to tap 3 times to reach the unit. I recommend this place to others!

Lorraine’s property is nestled in a fantastic location, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city noise and traffic. My family and I stayed here for 6 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The facilities were excellent, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Plus, the closest MRT station, Haw Par Villa, is just a convenient 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend this place for a serene getaway!

Very happy! Clean room, easy check-in and thoughtful service throughout my stay. The host is very flexible and made me feel at home instantly. A nice, clean, and comfortable apartment equipped with everything needed. It's in a great location, and the receptionist is nice and responsive. The service is very helpful, allowing you to leave your belongings after checkout and pick them up later in the day.

this place was exactly the same as pictures . also the host was really helpful in arranging us the place last minute as we were stuck in a horrible apartment and we had to change last minute. the check-in was so smooth ... and the reception staff was very helpful . it's a great place to stay with kids and if you are planning to cook. the convenience store is just few minutes away and there are lot of restaurants nearby ... we were facing the mountain side and we even spotted some beautiful birds in our balcony ... I would give this place 10 out of 10 ... grab could easily come here and was in a perfect location . thank you for making our stay so beautiful

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything I wanted to see and do just a short walk away. It made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. I must also highlight the fantastic staff, especially Cora, Nica, and Edmar. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and an unbeatable location!

The area was perfect for me since I did not drive. The subway was only a ten minute healthy walk to get to. And from there, I was able to go to every area of Singapore. Yiyi was most helpful. The service apartment was perfect for my two week stay. The cleaning staff was efficient and meticulous and ever so friendly. I appreciated Yiyi’s spontaneous action to my needs if and when they arouse which was rear. Thank you Yiyi and thank you Airbnb for always supplying me with fabulous places to stay every winter. This apartment was for my son and his wife, who were visiting Singapore for 2 weeks. We are all very happy with the choice. The location is excellent, and Cathy—who is the receptionist, manager, housekeeper, and repair person—was first rate: she was very helpful, friendly, responsive, and took great care of Shaan and Cindy. The apartment was exactly what they needed, conveniently near malls like Velocity, but not noisy with traffic. It was well furnished, with everything needed, even indoor slippers! Housekeeping took place regularly, so there were always clean towels and sheets, and the one time the lights didn’t work, Cathy took care of the problem immediately. This is a place I would recommend highly to anyone visiting Singapore, who wants to be near enough to everything but not in a busy, crowded place. The building is very private and quiet, secure, and easy to find. The next time I have guests in Singapore again, this is definitely the place I would house them. Five stars

Lorraine's place felt like a different world, nestled within the bustling city of Singapore. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The relaxing and lush green surroundings made it an ideal holiday retreat. Lorraine herself was exceptionally friendly, often dropping by to say hello. The cleaner also did an excellent job tidying up the unit every day.

Value for money if you are in Singapore. Short walk to One North MRT and very close to restaurants. Lorraine was very clear on giving instructions and has maintained her place well. Accommodation was just the right size for a family of 4 and has all the essentials including an induction cook top. Highly recommended if you have a short rendezvous in Singapore!
