I had a wonderful time here. The room was enough for two of us and the staffs were extremely friendly, especially Gracie. She helped me a lot during my check-in and other issues during my stay and make me feel comfortable. Other staffs, Edmar and Jona, were proactive and responsive to my requests whenever I need them. Definitely great choice for a long-term stay 👍🏼

The location is great and easy to find! It is a short ride to most attractions. The support team is very responsive to all concerns and accommodating as well which we truly appreciate. Check in is seamless and instructions are provided in detail. The room is very clean and perfect for 2 persons. Important amenities/toiletries are provided. We got an upgrade which we really appreciate! Thank you! Will definitely recommend as a very good accommodation choice when in SG!

Very communicative staff and easy to find. Nice basic room with everything you need in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is extremely ideal and the communication was really great. I will say we didn’t have problems checking in, but we did run into a few other guests that had trouble getting the electronic key to work so I would recommend you download the app and get that set up ahead of arriving. 10/10 would recommend the stay!!

Exceptional service from staff - they were always on call to answer my questions (including how to hail a taxi to the airport). The staff will reach out via Whats App prior to your arrival to share information. You will have to download an app and authorize a security hold ahead of time - but that's pretty standard practice in Singapore. App was easy to use. This Heritage listing is a short walk from many bars and nightlife - and yet I was surprised by how quite and calm it was inside. I got excellent sleep the nights I was there.

Looks just like the pictures, clean and the hosts are very responsive. They also gave me recommendations for places to eat and drink. My one complaint is the extensive check in process. Other than that everything was great

The properly was very clean and well equipped. it is very small - I repeat very small. It was clean and well equipped -great location will lots of restaurants and bars close by. Although it is a small property the bathroom is larger than one might expect. Hosts were extremely nice.

Stayed here for few nights. Very nice place and easy to find. It is in a bustling and partying area so there’s lots to do around. Unlike other reviewers stated, noise from the street didn’t bother us at all but it is present. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on exploring Singapore on foot as almost everything we desired to see was within walking distance.

Very futuristic stay, using your phone as the key to the hotel and room lock. Neat! might be tricky for non tech savvy users and older phones. nice location for for restaurants and easy grab pickups. Note: Having a lot of heavy luggage might punish you, as there are many stairs and no elevator in the hotel and also many stairs outside.

Great accomodation and great hosts! I was notified a few days before my booking started that the room I booked wasn’t not up to standard and that I was being upgraded to a different room. The room was spacious and super clean. It featured a large bed, washing machine and kitchen. The accommodation was easy to find and check in was a breeze using the heritage app. I was able to store my luggage on site before and after my stay to make the most of my time in Singapore. My luggage was even taken up to my room and brought back down for me! Shannen, Divina, Mae, and Ryan were fantastic hosts. They were super responsive and helpful when I had questions and regularly checked in on my stay to ensure everything went smoothly.

This Heritage was a quality stay. The location is in Chinatown so there are plenty of things to explore nearby, and it is also near a Metro station for easy access to public transposrtation. I would recommend doing some of the check-in instructions prior to arrival as it is a bit lengthy. Mary and the rest of the team were very helpful and accommodating!
