Great property. Great stay. Would definitely place on my bucket list to revisit.

This place was fabulous! The host was extremely responsive, informative and proactive! He thought of everything! He sent a video to be included with the check in process. That was a first. The AC works great! Everything is labeled! The coffee shop is right in front of the complex, as is EVERYTHING ELSE! This was such a great stay and St. Maarten was amazing! We stayed in Anguilla first for about 4 days, then St. Maarten for 4 days, the British Virgin Islands for about 8 days, then St. Thomas for a day.

This stay was better than I had imagined. Apartment and amenities matched the photos listed and were 10x better in person. Will definitely be returning soon.

This place has all the ingredients for a relaxing beachfront retreat - including an awesome pool, a beautiful garden, and friendly neighbors. We knew we would enjoy vacationing in this condo complex because we lived in the unit directly above it for a year back in 2010. It has only improved since then. :) We especially appreciated the very comfortable bed and living room furniture, full-size fridge with freezer, microwave, and washer-dryer combo. Not to mention the two beach chairs and umbrella, which came in handy every day. For those who aren't familiar with the neighborhood, this place is a short walking distance to two great restaurants and beach bars. Thank you for an amazing stay, Francisco. We will definitely book again, and we'll tell all our friends!
