Monthly Rentals in Simpson Bay Lagoon

Airbnb was as pictured, and felt like I was at home. A beautiful gated community with access to pools and jacuzzi. Great place to stay at as it’s surrounded by resteraunts, beach, bars, club, convenient stores. Thank you to the Amazing host Christopher & the Co-host everything was perfect. I will be returning 😊

Back from vacation and already missed the place. Feels very homey. The view from the bottom balcony was exceptional. Manoj and Mariana were very responsive with excellent communications no matter what time of day. The house on the water inside a gated area was great. Private parking. A fully equipped house. We loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and a bbq is a plus if you decide to bbq. We loved the guestbook idea, where you get to read other guest experiences and favourite places to visit and eat. The location is excellent especially you rent a car. Otherwise, you’re surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Thank you Manoj for everything, we loved SXM and we hope to return soon.

Had a great stay at Nadine’s space! Besides a couple days that the power went out for a little bit, it was wonderful and did the job as serving as a place to work remotely and a spot to chill out after fun in the sun. Would definitely come back!

I am so happy to have spent the weekend in Glen & Jen’s beautiful loft. It was exactly what I was hoping for and I don’t have anything negative to say! The bed was so comfy and the pillows were perfect, they had actual substance and didn’t fall flat. Loved all the personal touches and the few extra snacks and waters that were left for us to use. The directions were very clear, the loft was SO CLEAN, I wish we would have had time to go to the pool. The hosts were very kind and responsive. It’s a short walk to my favorite sushi spot, not to mention a bunch of shops, the beach, bus stop, it’s perfectly located. I cannot wait to be able to stay again!
