Monthly Rentals in Simi

We had a perfect time staying in the unit. We could walk to old downtown Windsor for dinner, breakfast, drinks, coffee, or a wine tasting. Nice neighborhood. Great location to use as a home base for going to the wine areas of Dry Creek, Russian River, and Alexander Valley. Also about a 45-minute drive to Napa, St.Helena, Sonoma, or Calistoga. The day bed was great for an additional family member to come up and stay as well. The unit has a large main bedroom with an ensuite bath and a nice-sized closet in the bedroom to use. The kitchen had full-sized appliances and a combo washer/dryer. Nice to have an eating area in the kitchen. The second bathroom with a shower was great. We would definitely recommend Sergia's unit for 2 people or up to 4 people if 2 want to stay on the pull-out day bed. We will stay here again when we visit.

Fantastic house and great location close to town - we felt very safe walking back at night. Gorgeous modern cozy chic decor. VERY comfy beds, and I am very picky!

My family had such a wonderful month staying at Julia's property. We loved waking up every morning to the vineyard views and my kids had so much fun exploring the beautiful property. The location is great and is so nice and quiet despite being still close to town. Julia was very responsive when any issues came up and was a fabulous host!

The resort setting this property offered with the conversational patio with relaxing fountain and pool is where we spent the bulk of our time. Inside, the house has excellent flow and we liked having the bedrooms in a separate wing of the house. It was also great to be able to have privacy with a separate office area and the ability to close off the game room when the kids got a bit too loud. We would not hesitate to recommend,…and return in the future. Nicole and the local contact are great hosts.
