The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

Tao’s place is a gem. I really enjoyed staying at his place. Everything was clean and exactly like described and better. The area is also one of my favorites in istanbul. But what was really amazing about the experience was Tao. Tao is truly a great host and would go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I will definitely come back again.

We had a peaceful stay with my sister in the beautiful house of Derya and Gökçe. First of all, our hosts' communication was very clear and fast, we had no difficulty at all. They were very helpful with transportation to the house when we landed on the island. The house is very well located 10 minutes walking distance from the center. The design of the house was very good for our artist spirit. It was a🍃 very useful and immaculate house. The kitchen items were also quite sufficient. Since we went in the winter season, we did not have any problems with the temperature. The temperature of the house and the water was quite sufficient. Lou is a great person , helpful, friendly, proactive and lovely.. we enjoyb the hospitality and the place .. the view is amazing better than pictures.. breath-taking view .. very clean house, warm .. feel like home with full furniture and well equipped kitchen .. luxury surrounds full with markets, coffees and restaurants. the Bosphorus is 5 minutes walking .. overall, great stay and recommended ..

This exceptional rental was a perfect haven for our 4-person team attending a conference. The house is stunning, meticulously clean, and brimming with unique amenities. The temperature-controlled swimming pool,warm fireplace and the heating system ran continuously provided the perfect sanctuary after long workdays. What truly elevated our experience was the extraordinary hospitality of the hosts. Although the owner doesn't speak English, his son Deniz was our primary point of contact—and what a delightful contact he was! The entire family demonstrated remarkable sincerity and warmth. They arranged reasonable transportation, guided us through local streets on our first day, helped us exchange cash, and went above and beyond in their care.Daily, the owner would visit to clear leaves from the pool, light the fireplace, and even bring fresh bread on first day morning. Deniz consistently offered valuable tourist recommendations and suggest exciting routes, making us feel genuinely welcomed.

One of the best apartments I ever been in Istanbul, very prime location and best host.

The villa sits in a very good area with excellent grounds and a well-maintained house. Our group of 10 had plenty of space for overnight stays. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul

We had a fun and comfortable stay with our friends, everything was available. The house is designed with ozen; it is kept clean and tidy. The garden is practical and closed. Nese hn is very helpful and a nice host. The neighborhood is nice and has the necessary amenities. I would definitely like to come back with both my interaches and my family.

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish and chic accommodation! The place was beautifully designed, and every corner had a touch of elegance. The only minor downside was that the shower head on the first floor was a bit loose, but it didn't impact our overall experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, making it so convenient for us to explore. As cat lovers, we especially enjoyed being surrounded by friendly stray cats — a delightful bonus! Merve was an exceptional host, always helpful and attentive. We'd definitely stay here again. It was a nice experience living in Istanbul. The apartment was inside a bookstore and had a small, cute cat as a guard. Istanbul is a city of cats, and this little detail made the experience even more charming. The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants and picturesque city streets. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need for a stay in the city—shampoo, a hair dryer, plates, and glasses.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Perhaps some cosmetic repairs are needed here and there, but overall - everything is fine. Excellent location, prompt and clear communication with the owner.
