Great apartments! Rented both units and enjoyed the terrace and the rooms. Location was great and the team was super communicative. I would return.

We loved Tao’s place. Perfect location in Beyoğlu and directly opposite a lovely Bib Gourmand restaurant, Cuma. Great for walking around the old town. Entrance is up some steps above a pretty shop and there is one bedroom on the level where the kitchen, dining room and bathroom are and another bedroom up the stairs where the balcony and sitting room are. Very special vibe and feels comfortable and homely. Tao is super helpful and quick to respond and gave nice recommendations. We will definitely be back. Recommended.

Ms. Esra answered all our questions with dedication. She was very helpful with location information and our time of checking in and out of the house. It's a nice detail to have both a deep and shallow part of the pool that is very suitable for large groups. The beds were comfortable and adequate. We are very satisfied 😊

It was a pleasure staying at Faith’s apartment because of its modern facilities and amenities - pool, sauna, gym and the apartment was also equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. The neighbourhood was also very walkable to Cihangir, Galata and Karakoy. Most importantly Fatih was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying there! Thanks Fatih for making our stay so pleasant!

A wonderful house in a lovely neighbourhood.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Fatih! The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar. The neighborhood is full of charm, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes just steps away. The home itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local spots to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Istanbul adventure. If you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city, this is it! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The area lacks amenities such as a grocery store and cafe, but is a complete resting place. The nature is really beautiful and ideal for relaxing. We really liked the fact that the house has its own beach and that there is a camellia for each house on the beach. We spent most of our time in the camellias and it gave us a lot of pleasure. The sea was full of things like moss and leaf branches for the first two days we stayed. So we went to another beach. In the following days, the sea was cleaned with the lodos and we did not feel the need to go to any other beaches. There were all kinds of items in the kitchen and Mr. Murat was very helpful with our additional requests. Even if the weather is very hot, the location of the house is always cool and windy. We enjoyed this. We had a holiday without feeling the heat and the overwhelming humidity. If you are going to go to bed, it may be suitable for 4 people to stay, but if you are going to spend time in the house like us and on the beach of the house, it is a small house for 4 people. This rooftop apartment is on the fourth floor of a picturesque building and is accessible via a steep, charming old wooden staircase. Ideal for those who don’t mind the climb, the apartment offers a unique and tasteful design, free from typical IKEA furnishings. It’s exceptionally quiet for Istanbul, and the private terrace provides stunning sunrise views over the harbor each morning. The mattress could use an update as it sags to one side, but everything else is perfect. Recommended for physically fit guests who appreciate nostalgic interior design and a peaceful retreat from Istanbul’s bustling days.

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

He was probably a tremendous person, I swear I'm glad someone I know will be the only house I will go to on the island, he made us amazing breads in the morning and prepared breakfast, thank you so much, I proposed to my girlfriend there:)))

Ugur and Tatya was super helpful. From the airport till we meet.. Bought drink n snacks. Help with luggage as well as return to airport.. Nothing to complain. Everything was smooth sailing.. They provide informations place to dine. And even asking if we are settle the next day.. Definitely a place with view. The staircase is high but everyone needs to shed all those BAKLAVA & Kunafe.. Will come back again

The apartment itself was clean, modern and spacious for 4 of us. Check in was made easy by the staff and they were always on hand if we needed anything. The location was perfect as the apartment itself was on a quiet street but a 5/10 min walk away was the bustling areas of galata tower, Galataport, karakoy etc. We would definitely recommend this location and apartment to any first time Istanbul visitors!

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

The best apartment we stayed in Istanbul where all our needs were met. The host was responsive and maintained constant communication, explaining everything in the apartment and its surroundings. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and fast. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, making our stay enjoyable. The view was stunning and incredible, and all necessities were available without any issues. The air conditioning and heating system were excellent. Additionally, there were supermarkets, cafes downstairs, and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we will definitely choose to stay there anytime we return to Istanbul.

We had an amazing stay at Erhan's place! From the start, he was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, making our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is comfortable - with a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the city. It's also in a prime location - just a short walk to the main street with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, and public transit (i.e. close enough to get to everything, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and late-night noise). The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was fast and reliable - perfect for remote work. Highly recommend this spot!

My stay at this townhouse in Cihangir was fantastic! The 4-story home is beautifully renovated, spacious, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were cozy, the four AC units ensured comfort, and the multiple living areas felt like home. I loved the fully equipped kitchens and the private terrace, The patio and balcony added extra charm, and the central heating and 24/7 security system provided peace of mind. Cihangir is a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood filled with cozy cafes, trendy boutiques, and art galleries. Its central location made exploring Istanbul easy, while the quiet streets offered a peaceful retreat. Overall, this townhouse exceeded my expectations with its modern amenities, thoughtful design, and excellent location. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay in Istanbul!
