Great place to stay, quiet with scenic view sof the mountains and forests. Free parking, with 24 hour security and 24/7 electricity via edsa, solar and a back up generator. The apartment was clean and regularly cleaned by the maid. Special thanks to Claudias who was on hand to help me with any requests I had. Only downside was the road leading up to the property was a bumby and steep but was not a problem for me.

We have stayed at Sam's three times now. We love it. It is convenient for the market and town, the neighbours are very friendly and the community is great. The support from both Sam and the house manager is excellent. Can't wait to go back.
