Monthly Rentals in Sierra de Cordoba

A lovely house with beautiful surroundings, amazing view from the living room and balcony, with enough space to sit and relax and enjoy your meals while enjoying the sunny and nice space. Cristina was very friendly and helpful. The house very clean and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We walked for hours in the surroundings, a lot of nature and trekking paths to enjoy.

Rincon de Eva is a compact, modern apartment only a ten minute walk from Cordoba's old town and Roman Bridge area. Located in a residential complex with an updated kitchen, bath, living room and dining room and an extremely quiet and comfortable bedroom, perfect for light sleepers. Mini-split A/C units keep the apartment super comfortable even in hot Cordoba summer temps. Great little plaza out front (Plaza Vizconde de Miranda) that hosts a couple of small local bars, for inexpensive evening drinks at tables outside; while the little kids play soccer in the courtyard and the teenagers check each other out after school (without letting on that they are checking each other out). Basically, everthing is exactly how it should be at Eva's place. Perfect for a weekend or an extended stay in Cordoba. We stayed a month and loved it. Honestly, they should raise the price. It'll still be well worth it at 25% more.

I absolutely loved my stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect - from the location (very central but on a beautiful quiet street!) to the amenities (it had everything I could possibly need from kettle to dishwasher to smart TV). The flat was really clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was a great size for one person - I stayed for around 6-7 weeks and worked from the apartment online. The WiFi was great too. The hosts were always helpful and I felt very much at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to again in the future.

Great apartment close to the city center. Free parking on the street in front of the building. Will come to visit again for sure
