Jacqueline’s place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of four adults and three kids. The house was absolutely gorgeous and full of thoughtful touches and the neighborhood was darling and near amenities- a grocery store, some quick restaurants and a Starbucks were nearby and the beach and a cute park were right down the road! Victoria was a short, convenient drive away. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay for our family trip, and look forward to staying again someday!

We had a great family holiday in Sooke. 9 adults and 1 toddler. Close enough to go into Victoria! (Even by e-bike!!) Spent some time on the Galloping Goose and exploring East Sooke Regional Park. We spent some time on the water and in the nice big hot. The beds were all very comfortable!

Lovely home a short driving distance to Roche Harbor. Loved the layout of the home which was perfect for two couples for a weekend. We loved the big lot which made it feel very private, like you are in the middle of the forrest where you can't see any neighbors, while it's only a couple of minutes drive from town. The wifi worked well for our purposes, although it's DSL like most of the island so it wouldn't work great for say data intensive remote work. But we were there to enjoy the island not be glued to the computer so it was perfect for us. The bed in one of the bedrooms was really tall, tall enough that it needed a step stool to get in, which I've never seen before, but we didn't mind, and on the plus side the extra thick mattress was super comfortable. The property management company was very proactive, sending us detailed instructions for how to find the home, and very responsive over chat for questions. We would gladly book this house again in the future.

What can I say about this place….its stunning!! This beautiful Victorian home sits on a huge, beautifully landscaped lot. Everything was spectacular! We enjoyed playing bocce ball, seeing the mini horses; Guinevere & Lancelot, and of course Juno!! Such a lovely dog, and welcome wagon mascot. Thank you for everything Wendy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Great location to see the sights in the area. Safe neighborhood for walking and shopping. Great restaurant options near by. close proximity to the fisherman's harbor in downtown Victoria. Nice level driveway parking with unobstructed access to the front door if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues. All in all, this house enhanced our vacation and I would consider staying with them again if a trip to Victoria comes up again.
