Farmstay vacation rentals in Sicily

This is a fantastic location to see all that southern Sicily has to offer. We loved the house along with it's beautiful surroundings. Our host was on site and extremely responsive to our needs. Very helpful with local recommendations and we loved the fresh fruit and vegetables offered to us as guests grown right on the premises; a very nice benefit to staying with Gioacchino! We will visit again:)

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

We (6 people) spent a week at Francesco's place the old farmhouse. A wonderful place to relax, away from stress and everyday life. Everything is there, from dishes, washing-up liquid and tea towels to a washing machine, table tennis, table football, pizza oven and a great, very well-maintained pool. In the surrounding towns you can find everything else you need, for example delicious cakes, regional cheese and very fresh fish. Francesco speaks English and is happy to give information about excursions, the history of the farm, olive cultivation and much more. We felt very comfortable there.

Great location with a stunning view overseeing the valley and sea. We loved the view of the old house. The host welcomed us with some great local products. Very good communication

Very nice and quiet accommodation with beautiful view of the mountains. On the horizon you can see the sea (15 min. Ride). Very private and secluded. The nice neighbor stopped by to greet us. All in all, a very nice and secluded house with a lot of attention to detail. We felt very comfortable. It is important to know that the house is only accessible from one road, even if several roads lead to the house. The drive may take longer than indicated on maps.

A cute little and beautifully located vacation home....with good amenities...we love to cook and found everything necessary. Enza and Francesca are very kind and helpful people... We felt very comfortable. THANKS for the nice days.

We enjoyed our stay which was a great base for seeing many lovely sites in different directions which were within 1 hr driving time . We got to Selinunte,Mozio and Marsala ,Monreale , Scopello and enjoyed eating dinner in Castellmare and Balestrate as well as cooking at home. Very spacious accommodation and felt comfortable and at home even when we had some rain and cooler weather. And the wildflowers at this time of year are a riot of colour!

The view from the farm, to say breaktaking is an understatement! The host Matteo and Antonella were really helpful and make you feel comfortable from the moment you enter the farm. The dog kiss is very sweet and was good with our kid too. The quite and tranquility of the place make it a great stay if you want to take a break from all the chaos. The road leading to the farm might be a little rough but nothing major just be careful as there might be some cows on the road which was a whole experience in itself for us. A good breakfast was offered to us as an extra cost. The room was clean and the parking provided was safe and close to our room. The Internet was a little off at times which was no big issue for us since we barely had any time to spend in the room in fact we did not even mention it to either Matteo or Antonella. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

We had an unforgettable stay at Magali's complex in Sicily! Surrounded by beautiful, ancient olive trees and with a fantastic view of the olive groves and the sea, we rented all four cottages with a group of friends. Each house was perfectly equipped and left nothing to be desired. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and the furniture was all new and modern. Especially the sofa bed with its excellent mattress and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The entire complex is a small paradise, with a spacious entrance area where you can sit together perfectly in groups. We especially enjoyed the time outside in the garden, under the shady trees. Great stay close to nature, parks and with easy access to main roads to reach Cefalú and other small towns. Very convenient supermarket nearby. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, provided fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We explored small towns like Mistretta, Caronia and Parco dei Nebrodi. Highly recommend and great value for money.

My family and friends had a simply wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We chose it because it was a little further off the beaten path and more “authentic old Italian villa” feeling than other places in Sicily. And it delivered exactly the experience we were looking for and more. The villa itself was spacious and yet adorable. Huge old and beautiful windows and doors to bring the outside in. Had everything we needed. The views and outdoor space around the villa were also so lovely and enjoyable. Beautiful little olive orchard. Terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces galore. The game room and pool were awesome for our kids. The pool is unheated, but warm enough to use mid April. But the best part about this villa was the experiences Rosario coordinated for us. We had 2 nights where a chef came over to cook us dinner. The chef turned out to be the neighbor, who cooked the most delicious Sicilian meals we’ve had. She also arranged a visit to a farm and limoncello maker. Amazing!

Thanks to Gaetano we had a perfect stay! He was so helpful and even brought a plate of delicious pasta, because we had some problems with our rental car and arrived quite late at the first evening. The accommodation is more than beautiful: you have a perfect view of the Etna and you can try some of the wonderful juicy oranges. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed stay very very much. Francesco and his family was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean and close to the beach. Ideal for family with small child. We especially enjoyed jacuzzi on New Years Eve :).

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

The whist make their maximum to make you feel as confortable as you can. They showed us of greatly welcoming Sicilians can be and we have spend a really lovely time in this charming property Thanks again for everything 🙏

Ottavio's farm is a lovely place to stay and Ottavio and Elena were great hosts. The farm is in an industrial area but you don't see that once you are there. The location is convenient for travelling Sicily's east coast. The place was very clean, both inside our apartment and around the pool area which is lovely and well kept. Breakfast is included and you can choose from a rotating menu the night before and it is delivered to your door. Highly recommend.

Mariella and her family were the friendliest and warmest hosts we could have wished for. The house and surroundings are in perfect condition, everything is super clean and perfectly maintained. The house is well equipped and we were welcomed with a starter pack of groceries and Sicilian specialties that made us feel welcomed from the first second on. The stay at Villa Felice felt like a second home, not to mention the perfect views of the sunset and over to the hills and the sea. A perfect stay and we will make sure to come back again.

We stayed a week in Davide's nice villa with magnificent views of the sea, mountains and valley. The villa was clean and fresh, big terrace and pool that was cleaned daily. With the villa as a starting point, we could with our rental car explore the nearby area which has a lot to offer. The beach in Alcamo is only 10 minutes away. The town is lovely genuine, few tourists and plenty of good restaurants. Possibility to visit winemakers can be found in the nearby area and excursions such as Segesta, Erice and San Vito are reached in under an hour. Davide was very helpful and provided recommendations and other help. Both check-in and checkout worked perfectly. We can give our all the warmest recommendations to this property!

Everything was perfect. Emanuele is very responsive and accommodating. The villa is amazing, great location, great view, very well equipped (swimming pool, barbecue, parking space etc.). We were a group of 14 and had a great time. I highly recommend it!

This little cottage is a gem. We liked its location in the countryside amid olive trees, yet close enough to town and Mt Etna excursions. We encountered unusually windy and rainy weather so we were very grateful for the wood fireplace and cosy feel of the place. Host Marco was always responsive and so very pleasant to deal with. This is a family cottage and it has a very warm and positive feel. Thank you, Marco, for sharing it with us!
