Monthly Rentals in Si Phum

My experience was truly wonderful! The property was exactly as described and pictured! I almost got everything, the fully-equipped kitchen, the cozy living room 😊 for my 3 weeks trip. The location was also perfect for my needs, being so close to my school, yoga studio and my favorite restaurant as well. Besides, what really made my stay exceptional was your attentiveness as a host. Your warm welcome and so responsive to my questions was amazing! I definitely wont hesitate to book your place in my next trip to Chiangmai. Thank you again for your hospitality, its really made my trip that much more memorable! Kivi’s place was more beautiful than the photos and staff were lovely. The pool is beautiful and the room was huge. Conveniently location but very quiet and private. I would definitely come back here.

Very nice place in the heart of the old city of Chiang Mai yet very quiet & peaceful. Interesting historic type home. Close walking to shops, temples & restaurants. Was convenient to have a washing machine for our weeks long trip. Pu was an excellent host, very responsive when we needed some assistance.

I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with our stay at Wipavees villa. The communication before we arrived was excellent . She provided transport to and from the airport which is only 30 min from the airport . The Villa was beautifully furnished. A few nice touches such as a small well stocked spirit bar -1st drink complementary then an honesty bar arrangement. Plenty of mineral water as well as complementary snacks made available. Bedrooms were spacious and very clean as was the bathroom. Wipavee went out of her way to try and organise a day tour with a local mini van company . Despite changing the itinerary a few times Wipavee was very responsive to our requests . I’d highly recommend this place and I’ll certainly stay there again when next in Chiang Mai .
