David was an incredible host—super helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The place itself was absolutely charming, cosy, and full of homely touches. The private heated outdoor pool was a standout feature—massive and something you don’t often find elsewhere! It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and private getaway. We’d definitely return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

This is unique and cosy cottage with loads of character, that is genuinely dog friendly. It’s a very pretty village too with some good walks and local pubs with good food. Andy lives next door and so very helpful and welcoming. All good.

Great stay. Private, quiet, well appointed and convenient to Cambridge area. Ideally suited all my requirements. I would not hesitate to return. Was so good I elected to add on two extra days which was no trouble to arrange. Thanks Jeanette, really happy to have been able to stay.

That was the 3rd time that we stayed at Jenny’s lovely, cozy annexe. Once again, everything was perfect. Jenny is very responsive and looking after the place and her guests like it was the first time. Can’t wait for the next one! Definitely recommend it.

Suzanne's place is very clean and spacious. She's a fantastic host. She bakes delicious brownies, provided milk, a selection of teas and coffee and everything you'd need when self catering. I forgot to check and only realised that I had booked one night instead of two very late on Friday evening. Luckily, the apartment was still available and she was kind enough to extend our booking. I would highly recommend Suzanne & Ian's place if you're visiting Luton, Dunstable and even Milton Keynes. They were all within easy access on our business trip.

Me and my partner stayed in the white cottage for the weekend and we hardly left! There’s so much to see there, the lake, animals flowers felt like we was in a fairy tale. Sally herself gave us a tour of the place and made us feel right at home. The place is perfect. So much history, so much character. We will definitely be coming back. It’s somewhere where you can be fully present and put life on pause for a minute, sit with nature and look at the stars with the sound of owls and crickets at night time….amazing experience! 💫🌠
