Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Shasta County

This house is great! has all of the amenities listed and functioning. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot of shops and food. We will be here again!

Very nice house right in the center of multiple restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. Garage was a big plus.

We stayed here as part of visiting Lassen. Our family loved the house. It was clean, spacious, so comfortable, heater working perfectly, great kitchen and everything you needed! Ron was one of the best hosts we have had. We got caught in the snow storm and he was very proactive in reaching out to discuss our plans and shared great helpful tips to help pick the safe route to the house. Mineral is not a big town, it gives the perfect vibe of a town mingled in the woods. Lassen south west entrance was just 15mins away and we had so much fun! Plenty of games and play toys for adults and kids. Great place for friends, family and couples. We would definitely come back anytime we visit Lassen. Highly recommend Ron's place!

Beautiful surroundings, well decorated, nice furnishings. Felt peaceful while in the home. Well stocked with stuff you actually need like plenty of towels, ziplocks and trash bags.

The place was beautiful! So much fun and a beautiful view to look at, at all times!

Where to begin...exactly what you hope for in a stay and so much more, including the wonderful Labradoodle Bear. Extremely spacious, squeaky clean and close to so many of Redding's top amenities. John is an excellent and thoughtful host.

Brian and Michelle are extremely welcoming hosts. We had 7 adults, 5 children and 1 dog for our Thanksgiving vacation. Another couple didn't stay with us but visited and enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with us. The double stoves, large dining table and ample plates made the dinner classy and we were right at home. The hot tub was a hit, although the wind was very strong and cold, so getting in and out took courage. it was very special to be overlooking the river. The train noises are loud so I recommend white noise while you sleep if you're a light sleeper. The separate kids area and extra bedroom with two twin beds were different, but the kids appeared to like it, and the extra room was peaceful. I also recommend Shasta caverns. Thanks to Brian and Michelle for their kindness and making us have a very special family reunion Thanksgiving!

We had really great time. So nice and clean place with a peaceful view! We drove long way from Portland, Oregon, so we needed a good rest and short drive to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Just 10 mins away from the north entrance. We enjoyed a hamock and nice view. Watching stars at night was my son's favorite time. One downside was this house was on the highway, but not that many traffic anyway.
