Monthly Rentals in Shankarhati

Had a wonderful stay, nabarun’s place is really good and he is very proactive and always helping with anything that comes up. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit kolkata.

Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.

We needed this place to catch up with friends and family. The host is nice and approachable. The accommodation is a beautiful 2 bhk apartment with all amenities. Its located in a beautiful secure society. The location is a bit off from the main city so if you have to go around Kolkata, rental cabs are available. I hired a self driven car so made my stay easier.

This was my first experience in an Airbnb. I think it was worth the money spent on. Totally felt like home. We had a minor problem with the set top box but it was immediately replaced even on a Sunday so we could watch the EUROS final. They also came to see us off when we left which felt really good. Will definitely be booking for my next plan when I come back to Kolkata :)
