Vacation rentals with a pool in Sgourou

A lovely week in October sunshine in Pefkos, the villa was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance (3 mins) to a great Greek restaurant. We were welcomed and shown round the villa 😀 wonderful relaxing week within 8 mins drive of Lindos and 10 min walk to centre of Pefkos. The villa is lovely and modern, a little small kitchen, but otherwise comfy beds, luxurious sun beds, lovely swimming pool and beautiful views Thank you 🙏 for the welcome food and drink - perfect after a long day travelling

We were very warmly welcomed by Leonidas‘ parents. Our cottage fully matched the pictures . We had imagined it a little bigger, but for 2 people it was completely sufficient. With the mountains in the background and the very well-maintained complex , it was a pleasure to get up every day. We often went to the place for breakfast with the bicycles provided. Overall, the property is very central for activities , which we found very nice. Different oases have been created for the guests in the property, which invite you to social evenings, as well as relaxing days by the pool. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday for us with very dear hosts. We will be happy to come back ...

Michails villa was perfect for what my family & I needed. We hired 2 cars which fit on his drive, these were secured by an electric gate. The road the villa sits on is quite busy so you need someone guiding you out but Greek drivers are forgiving of this. Very secure villa with key lockbox. There are 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds & two bedrooms with two single beds in. Lots of space in the bedrooms. There is a large bathroom which is separated with 2 showers & 2 toilets. Large kitchen with everything you need. Pool area was spacious, 6+ loungers & lovely outside table to have meals. Michail & his family were great hosts, they even gifted us with greek sweet treats & wine. Michail was quick to respond to any questions & offered late check out as our flight was in the evening (this was dependant on if he had another guest the next day). The only downside is probably the distance into the Old Town, but its only a 25 minute walk in to town, most of which is shaded.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. the apartment itself had everything you need and better than expected. private pool was a real treat in the morning, and having the flexibility to use the shared pool later on in the afternoon was a bonus (I imagine it would get sun all day in summer but in October it was a real treat). location is perfect, 10 min walk from old and new town. so many fantastic restaurants and bars in walking distances. we loved walking to the beach for a sunset drink, also just 10 mins away. Kallia was the perfect host, always instantly responding to questions and provided some unexpected kind gestures throughout. we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and were sad to leave!

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

We had a wonderful stay and can absolutely recommend the place. George & Evgenia are very attentive hosts and had even provided us with water and breakfast for the first morning upon arrival. Communication was impeccable, the house is very nicely located, beach and restaurant are within walking distance. However, many other beaches and attractions can also be reached within 20-40 minutes by rental car. Thank you for the great holiday!

The property was wonderful, and fully stocked. Kleo, the person that manages the property, was super communicative, very nice, and thoughtful. There are so many beaches near the property and the house also has a pool. Old town Rhodes is also a 15 to 20 min drive. We hope to return soon.

From the first second we felt like at home. Anthoula is incredibly warm and the well-being of her guests is incredibly important to her. She always had an open ear and also pampered us with Greek delicacies. It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you Anthoula ❤️

An amazing holiday in the background of a beautiful apartment with a private pool. Quick access to the sea and nearby towns. Great communication and warm host! Highly recommend.

Everything about this accommodation is great, Giorgos was always extremely quick to answer any questions about our booking prior to us arriving. He was there to meet us even though we arrived at 4:30am. The accommodation is clean and provides everything that you need. It was quiet and on some days we had the pool all to ourselves. Throughout our stay Giorgos was always on hand and when one of our group required a doctor he arranged it immediately. The accommodation is within walking distance of the local shops and restaurants, and taxis to Rhodes and Faliraki are very reasonable. A great place to stay, Giorgos is a hero! Thank you!

We stayed here for 10 days and had the best time. First of all the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this place is! We got a gorgeous apartment with a huge balcony to enjoy our mornings and nights. We got to check in at the middle of the night, that was very kind. We started out being 3 people, we had to pay an extra 20€ pr day for the days our extra person was there, which was fine - as well as 7€ pr day for aircon, also fine! They cleaned our room everyday and gave us fresh towels, this was very nice. It’s also a short walk to the best ice cream place and a huge supermarket (my market). The town has great restaurants, and a good atmosphere. I would love to go back and stay here again! Also, we do love cats and there is a beautiful, kind, black cat that meets you at the gate when you come home everyday and loves to cuddle! Bonus points for the cat! :)

I highly recommend this place. It's perfect for families. The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly every day. Nice family atmosphere, pool, garden, everything very well cared for. The only note is the inaccurate location provided by the portal. Check exactly where the apartment is located because it led us 5km away and only after contacting the host, we found the right location

First and foremost, Giorgos is a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble; from being there to meet us when we arrived at 4:30am, to booking taxis, to arranging a doctor's appointment for one of our party, he was always on hand to answer any queries. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Plenty of space and a/c available if needed. The pool was wonderful! You are within walking distance of a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and Rhodes and Faliraki are both a reasonably priced taxi ride away. Highly recommended. Thank you, Giorgos!
