Monthly Rentals in Seymour

My favorite place to stay in the champaign Urbana area. We love it so much we want to stay here on our wedding night. Clean, cozy, romantic, and the bed is soooo comfortable.

We had a great time staying at the beautiful loft apartment. It's very cozy and we felt right at home after a long productive day in Champaign.

This is our second stay here. House is great and really convenient to the center of town with some nice restaurants. YoYos is a must any time of the day. Great spot for coffee, food and drinks at night. Chop House is fantastic with great food and service. Heather is extremely responsive to all questions and has been a wonderful host.

Very cute studio loft. Has everything you could want for a short stay. It was very cold and the unit heater couldn’t quite keep up, but the heated bathroom floor and extra blankets made it reasonable. Amazing quality for the price. Very quiet and private space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near Champaign, IL.
