We were greeted nicely. There was a friendly welcome. The price benefit ratio was nice. We were satisfied. We recommend it.

We stayed in Erhan and Yudum’s place for two weeks and we felt very comfortable. After we arrived Yudum brought us home made cake which was great. They were very fast to respond and helpful when we were asking. Erhan also helped us to book a taxi from airport when we arrived.The location is very nice, close to a lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores. You can find anything you need to buy just by walking. There is a beach close by around 20 minutes walking distance. We will come back if we go to visit Fethiye again.

The house is a standard unpretentious house in Çayköy, but inside, Mr. Ramazan has created a different world and a wonderful living space. You'll find lots of extra thoughtful things in the house for guests to be comfortable and have a good time. The host, Mr. Ramazan, is very caring and positive who loves his job. Like a voluntary tourism ambassador, she provides guidance on all locations that can be seen in the region, and she even prepared a detailed pdf file about it. There is also a comprehensive grocery store right across from the house, which is a great advantage. I think the stay deserves 10 points for the price. Since he is a village man, you may hear different animal noises late at night and early in the morning. Overall, it is a house that we are very satisfied with and would prefer if we come back to the area. From this point, ancient cities, patara, Kalkan and Kaş can be reached quite easily. We had a very enjoyable stay! The property was clean, well appointed and consistent with the description. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and easily accessible. We would come back.

Kadir was an amazinf host. We were students without a car and he helped us to arrive home on the first day with his own car. He was also helpful to us throughout our stay. A friendly person, and a helpful host! 👍

Wonderful house in a great location with nice owners. Convenient street for parking a car and a beautiful veranda. Abdullah was always in touch and helpful. I definitely recommend visiting.

Loved this place. We had a car so was easy to pop into Fethiye. Quite a way out if you have no car. Host was so kind. She let us check in early and check out late. Very helpful x

We really liked the apartment! Everything is clean, there are necessary things for your stay: bed linen, towels, all utensils, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets, TV with YouTube. There are 3 balconies, the apartment is quiet, you can't hear the neighbors and the street. The host of the apartment is very friendly and responsive, helped with check-in, allowed to check in early) The only caveat that can be mentioned is a 40-minute walk to the sea

We stayed at Ms. Sabiha's house like our own home... We were satisfied with them as a family, we loved the garden of her house, but we did not sit down. But the location is beautiful, I recommend the beautiful house to everyone... It was also very good that Ms. Sabiha made a phone call right away, thank you very much

I stayed for 5 days in this villa. The villa has a beautiful view. The villa is equipped with everything you need. Air conditioners work well. There is a shop at the bottom of the villa. everything corresponds to the description.

The host was helpful and friendly!The villa had all the conditions for a comfortable stay. He personally helped us with renting a car.

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

best place to live in Fathiye, lovely host.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

Gürhan's place is out of this world! Fully equipped, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sea views from terrace offer some unforgettable sunsets which can be admired while taking a dip in the pool or jakuzzi. We very much enjoyed staying there and are hoping to return. Gürhan is an amazing host who helped us with everything we needed and gave some great recommendations. Highly recommended!

Amazing place and great host help me with any problem I had even if it wasn’t related to the accommodation. I do wish the pool was heated it’s too cold to use at times!

Great location close to everything

Five of us stayed at Çilek Apartments for 10 days. Burhan accommodated our request for a ground floor apartment with a cot and also provided a high chair. The apartments were looked after by Tamer and his family who were very friendly and so helpful. Communication was via a translation app mostly but it worked really well. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean as was the swimming pool, which is a great size. Çilek Apartments are pretty accessible for a wheelchair user and the location is in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay at Çilek Apartments again.

It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed it so much Everything was close to us, supermarkets are 3 mins walking, beach is 5 minutes and easy access to transportation.

A perfect place to stay with a wonderful host

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.
