He and his family are very nice and polite and also the neighbors are better than the others. The apartment is in an area where everything is easier to reach. The bus station is very close. The supermarket is near. The apartment is cleaned and quiet. My advice is to try it. You won't hesitate to come back a second time. Thank you Aikoto and his family .

Very clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long stay. There were a few instances with the water being cut off for a few hours during the midday due to construction, but not a big issue. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to a ton of restaurants and public transportation.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever been! Everything is very clean, the furniture has a good quality. There is the great view on tea plantation! Ms Derya is very supportive and humble. Great apartment in a good area! Very close to the shopping street İstiklal and Taksim square. The apartment is much larger than shown in the photo. It has everything you need, as well as many interesting additional details that creative people will like. The bedroom windows overlook the courtyard, so it is quiet and calm at night. Absolutely loved my stay at this Balat Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of all the colorful, picturesque streets and just steps away from some of the most charming attractions in Istanbul. It’s incredibly convenient and safe, with tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. The balcony overlooking the vibrant neighborhood made every morning and evening feel like a movie scene. The host was beyond helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’m so glad I booked this place, such a memorable and beautiful experience!

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

A special place in a small, quiet village. So cozy, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Every detail has been thought of. This place has soul. Sasha, Pofuduk, and the other dogs are loyal, well-behaved companions. Erkan’s olive oil is fantastic—we had a wonderful time.

The house cleaning was very good, Mr. Hakan was always very helpful. The location was very quiet and calm, and the sounds of birds and nature relax you. Transportation by car is very convenient. There are markets and restaurants around where you can meet your needs.

Ms. İlkay is very kind and was open, clear, quick to respond to all our questions. We entered the house easily, we left ourselves, which made us feel really at home. The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

the apartment is beautiful, very cozy, a real home. good base in the middle of the city rum. lovely shower, two spacious bedrooms, spacious living room. on weekends there can be heard music in the evening. no thumping techno or something but we had a live concert with turkish flute and singing. quite nice. so you should not mind that. from about 1 hour it is quiet.

Melihs was very good and quick at communicating. The flat is spacious and cozy. It is cetrally located within walking distance of many good cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry to western side. Wonderful to stoll along the Sea of Marmora and to stop for a late picnic on the grass and watch the sun go down . Outdoor workout area nearby. What is not to like
