Very nice place. The surrounding area is very central and you can reach many places directly and easily by car. The location is quiet because there are hardly any neighbors around it. We would come back.

The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The house itself and the pool are very clean. Items are new. 15-20 minutes drive to the center of Kalkan. If grocery stores are about 1 km away, you should not have any problems with this when you arrive by car. No parking issues either. If there are any problems, you can contact Mr. Ramazan quickly, he responds quickly. Very calm place. We plan to go and stay in the coming years. Thank you for everything.

We lived in the apartment for two months. Great apartment in a wonderful area of Fethiye. The location is perfect, I can't imagine it being even better. A large migros store with any goods and food is 7 minutes away. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The promenade is a 12-minute walk, the old town is 20 minutes away. There are several ball courts around. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Largest shopping mall in 10 minutes. Bus station is also 10 minutes away. In other words, everything is very close and you can walk. Oludeniz beach is 50 minutes away, there is also a bus stop nearby. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, bright. That being said, it is not in direct sunlight, so it will be cooler in the summer than it could be. There is air conditioning in each room. The kitchen has almost everything you need for long stays and cooking, except that there is no oven, but there is a dishwasher. The host is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help

Cragos, which we come back every year and have a completely different place... Everything is so tidy and thought out that I am sure you will feel like your own home. A villa that I would recommend to everyone with its cleanliness and amenities. We had a holiday full of peace and tranquility. We would like to thank Mr. Adem and Mr. Ersan for their interest.

Everything was as written, the place was very clean and tidy, Mr. Yusuf responded to my questions quickly and helped me with my questions, you can easily meet all your needs close to the city center in terms of location, we were very satisfied with the host and the house, we plan to go back in the summer:)
