This place is an example of brilliant design. The furnishing look a lot better in reality in a muted understated look. It was clean, walking distance to St Kilda and spacious. Appliances all top shelf and easy to use. We needed to find a place where we could create a base in Melbourne for ongoing Christmas visits and this place is perfect.

Can't say enough good things about Briody and this apartment. Awesome location on Southbank a short walk to almost everything in the CBD, near the Botanical Garden, museums, restaurants, etc. Great apartment just as its description. We loved it and Briody was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we reached out. Deserves all the positive ratings and reviews.

Glenys is a friendly, responsive host who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the unit which is attached to the back of their house yet is perfectly private. It's beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean, and the most well-provisioned accommodation I think we have ever stayed in. Glenys provides plenty of information about Queenscliff and surrounds. Highly recommended.

The place was amazing and suitable for big family like us. Public trams were also near. Parking space was provided. Host was really helpful and responsive. What we really love was the sunset view. Perfect view from the balcony. Thank you Marcus for the warm hospitality =))

Kayla's apartment is a lovely, very well appointed and quiet haven. Check in was simple and all communication was prompt and clear. The area is also fantastic I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Had a few days business in Melbourne for work and Liana's place was perfect for my needs. Very comfortable, convenient to Bay and Shops and so quiet. Highly recommend. Thanks for being on the end of the phone as well, was much appreciated.

This was the perfect spot for our week in Melbourne. It was ideal to put our child to bed upstairs and be able to watch TV downstairs. It couldn't be more central and it was great being able to dump our shopping between activities and with access to a full kitchen, stock up the fridge for lazy days. Everything is within walking distance with excellent coffee and a wine bar next door. I'm already looking forward to staying here again when next in Melbourne and would recommend it to anyone who needs two comfy bedrooms and excellent amenities in the heart of the city.

This is a great place and the hosts Danny & Penny are very friendly and responsive. They made sure that we checked in properly which was made very easy with clear instructions and readily accessible location at the apartment to pick up the key. The apartment is exactly as described and more. It’s quite spacious and the amenities are in perfect working order. The beds are very comfortable, linens clean, Wifi is fast, toilet is clean and we spent most evenings in the living room watching TV & sipping wine. The location is ideal and its location is in the CBD area and opposite Queen Victoria Market. We walked to all the attractions within the CBD as well as the Free Tram within the Free Tram Zone which suits us just fine. This is apartment is perfect for a small family of 4 and we always feel safe in this area. No traffic noise can be heard and the unit is peaceful & quiet. Very highly recommended. Will book again when we visit Melbourne again. 5 ⭐️ rating 👍🏽

This is an amazing place to stay if you’re interested in checking out the hustle and bustle of the iconic Chapel street … Well situated, close to Revolver and breakfast club and many other amazing venues down Chapel street .. Walking distance to some great food options and some amazing coffee .. I’ll definitely stay again, next time in Melbourne ..

This is the second time we have stayed with Ben and Murray. The place is fantastic as usual, location is A++. It’s walkable to everything, great restaurants and cafes, close to grocery store and to the tram station which is an easy ride to the CBD. The apartment has everything you would need for a long stay including a gym.

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

Kellies place was perfect for what we needed. The place was immaculate and the small touches were appreciated (cheese platter with chocolate!). Kellie was extremely accommodating and easy to talk to. Thank you for our stay :)

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

We loved our stay at Frances' place. It was spotlessly clean with fabulous facilities and so many extra thoughtful touches. The home was spacious, the beds were super comfy and it was set in beautiful gardens. Fantastic value for money.

Marc and MJ’s place is in a beautiful building with a great location. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area and the tram stop is right outside the building making it easy to get around. I would recommend this place!

An amazing place stay with a perfect location. The bed was like a dream with perfect pillows and linen. Everything was cleaned and spotless, the bathroom was the biggest I have seen. Having the tram stop just meters away made moving about the city a breeze. Next time we are in Melbourne we will definitely book again. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Magda is truly lovely and very responsive. Although we checked in late due to a flight delay, she provided clear instructions for us to retrieve our key. The place is cozy and felt like home, equipped with all the amenities we needed for our short stay. One downside, in my opinion, is that I would have preferred having a separate bin in the bathroom for sanitary purposes. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at this place.

Hazel’s place was amazing! Ample space for an active toddler! We had a great stay as the location was convenient! Bathrooms are also sparkling clean.

Marco was an excellent host, always available to help with anything we needed. After four years, we returned, and the place still exceeded our expectations, especially with the addition of the spa and pool. His home is spotless and perfect for a couple with two kids. What an amazing Airbnb. We stayed here with our family (2 adults and 2 kids aged two and four), and we absolutely loved it. The view, the location, the amenities, the cozy atmosphere, the attention to detail, and so much more. Everything has been thought of.
