Villa vacation rentals in Sevier County

Highly recommend this home for when you are staying in Gatlinburg. Only a few minutes from the strip but felt very private and secluded. The interior of the house is beautiful and just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

Judy and Kim were terrific hosts. Kim was very helpful and eager to answer any questions we had. The cabin is all we hoped for. It was stocked with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The location is high on the mountain with a splendid view. If you are looking to relax and unwind, this is the place. Thank you kindly for your hospitality!

The house was beautiful! It had so many amenities…something for everyone. The layout was spacious and provided everyone with their own privacy too. The kitchen had all appliances and dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans you would need. There were two washers and dryers! The game room was amazing. The dining table was large and allowed everyone to gather. The decks were lovely…the hot tub was great!! There were plenty of towels and washcloths…soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and lotions provided throughout. The hosts were friendly and so responsive. I highly recommended them as hosts and this house as a destination. We will definitely go back for a longer stay. This experience was fantastic!!!

There are not enough words to describe Daniel and Kelly’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home all the way down to toys and games for my two little ones! We were originally planning to stay 4 nights and enjoyed it so much that we were able to book and stay another night. We visit the mountains frequently and this was by far our favorite place and we hope to book again in the future! The garage was an added bonus for going out in the cold mornings!

Great location, beautiful home and nicely appointed. The games for the kids were a big hit. Just a note, for the amount we paid per night, there were not a lot of extras, much less the usual supplies we’ve found in houses in that price range. The kitchen is not real conducive to large meals or longer stays (ours was only 4 days) - no aluminum foil, Saran wrap, baggies, Tupperware, mixing bowls (2 plastic ones didn’t cut it), hand mixer, casserole dishes, large serving containers (there was one platter), limited coffee pods, also no extra pillows, only a dozen hangars in the entire house, body lotion etc. It’s the added little touches that are usually furnished in a house at that price point that make a stay so enjoyable and so appreciated. The addition of the above mentioned items would go a long way at very little cost.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We were so thankful to have booked this cabin. We were looking for somewhere close to Pigeon Forge with a Mountain View, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, and Pet Friendly. This cabin met all of our expectations! We were 15 min from our favorite restaurant, The Old Mill, and 20 mins from Tanger Outlets. It was just my husband, myself, and our Frenchie so the bottom floor was closed off, which we like because it felt cozy just having a bedroom, kitchen, and living room to ourselves. The cabin was very clean and we appreciated the small details like toiletries, paper towels, etc. This cabin definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

The hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals—definitely well-equipped. If you’re having second thoughts about booking, don’t hesitate—this place is totally worth it! Already planning my next trip here. Highly recommend!
