Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sevier County

We really enjoyed having a relaxing fall-season family weekend here. The home was nicely updated and well appointed with large windows facing the mountain views. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful hosts too!

Erin was a very responsive host and the house is beautiful in a convenient location. She provided lots of extra amenities and supplies to make for a great stay.

Rita was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with any thing we needed to make our stay great.

Great place with calm and peaceful surrounding. The hosts were responsive. Game room was good with toys for toddlers as well. Had a nice stay.

Stayed here about 15 years ago when it was under another name. The Blue Heron Inn has been completely updated and is beautiful. The area is private and was very quiet. Breakfast at the coffee shop was included. It was amazing! The river is right outside the back door and is very relaxing. The wi-fi was spotty but we think it was on our equipment and not the Inn's. They checked with us a few times to see how things were going. The one minor issue we had was addressed and corrected within an hour. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Chuck and Diane’s place. It was a home away from home….from the National Park recommendations to the great breakfasts they prepared to the stories shared about their Gatlinburg home and surrounding area. Their desire to be great hosts is evident from your first encounter with them. The bedroom and bathroom are private and cozy while the shared areas in the home are welcoming and homey. We walked to and from the strip in Gatlinburg a time or two but there are free trolleys available if you don’t want to hoof it. Chuck and Diane say that they love what they do because they make new friends along the way. I’m convinced that is true. My wife and I will easily feel like friends coming home the next time we stay with Chuck and Diane.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

Beautiful property! We especially loved the wrap-around porch and the sweet friendly dog. Syresa and Lonnie were communicative and check-in was easy. Good location for visiting GSMNP, and much more peaceful than Gatlinburg. Please just be aware that there are cats on the property, if you’re allergic like I am. Otherwise, an awesome stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great company with an easy going demeanor made for a calm and serene feeling throughout our time at the residence. Also, I highly recommend the breakfast, it was a great way to start the day!

My wife and I have stayed several times now. This has become our anniversary get away each year. I cant say enough about how peaceful this place is. The owners are very nice and check in on you. If this place were to ever change and not be available my wife and I would be so very disappointed. I hope this little slice of heaven is here for many more years to come.

Great place to stay to get away from the noise and busyness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The room was cozy. Hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. And the view, I couldn't get over the gorgeous view from the back porch. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. I highly recommend.
