Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sevier County

We had the best week at Michael & Dawn’s for Thanksgiving with extended family. The houses and overall space was perfect for the amount of people - adults had the space to relax & talk while the kids had the space to hangout. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, there was ample linens/towels and it really felt like home. We communicated with the owners many times and they were extremely responsive & helpful. We also met the property manager who was more than willing to help with issues, if they arose. It was exactly what we were looking for and we’re thankful Michael & Dawn opened their home to us!

We really enjoyed having a relaxing fall-season family weekend here. The home was nicely updated and well appointed with large windows facing the mountain views. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful hosts too!

We have a great stay! The place was just as described & the whole family enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer. The views were spectacular! Easy to find & liked that the driveway was flat, not downhill. As it was close to some other homes, it was very quiet & felt private. Host was also very responsive!

Great place to stay with even better hosts. If you have kids, this is the place for you! There were some issues with the water filter during our stay, but Chase and April made sure to make up for it. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon.

Wow was all we could say. The house was beautiful and anything and everything we needed was there and more. Loved the layout and plenty of room for our crew of 8. Took advantage of the large kitchen for our Thanksgiving meal and all the pots, pans and extras were there (my husband would have loved a few big serving spoons). We rode our bikes a few days through the neighborhood (our grands even played touch football with the neighbors) and close to the bike trail. Such a great location for family time together. We had a fantastic stay at Rita's Airbnb! The house was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time there. The outdoor entertainment space was a highlight, perfect for unwinding or socializing. The kitchen was fully equipped with more cooking tools than we could have hoped for, including some unexpected but useful items that made meal prep a breeze. The bedroom setup was cozy and comfortable, and the TV setup was top-notch for quiet nights in. The location was ideal—centrally located to all the surrounding towns, making it easy to explore the area. The only thing that could have made our week even better would have been snow, but now we have another great reason to come back! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Stayed here about 15 years ago when it was under another name. The Blue Heron Inn has been completely updated and is beautiful. The area is private and was very quiet. Breakfast at the coffee shop was included. It was amazing! The river is right outside the back door and is very relaxing. The wi-fi was spotty but we think it was on our equipment and not the Inn's. They checked with us a few times to see how things were going. The one minor issue we had was addressed and corrected within an hour. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Chuck and Diane’s place. It was a home away from home….from the National Park recommendations to the great breakfasts they prepared to the stories shared about their Gatlinburg home and surrounding area. Their desire to be great hosts is evident from your first encounter with them. The bedroom and bathroom are private and cozy while the shared areas in the home are welcoming and homey. We walked to and from the strip in Gatlinburg a time or two but there are free trolleys available if you don’t want to hoof it. Chuck and Diane say that they love what they do because they make new friends along the way. I’m convinced that is true. My wife and I will easily feel like friends coming home the next time we stay with Chuck and Diane.

Beautiful property! We especially loved the wrap-around porch and the sweet friendly dog. Syresa and Lonnie were communicative and check-in was easy. Good location for visiting GSMNP, and much more peaceful than Gatlinburg. Please just be aware that there are cats on the property, if you’re allergic like I am. Otherwise, an awesome stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great company with an easy going demeanor made for a calm and serene feeling throughout our time at the residence. Also, I highly recommend the breakfast, it was a great way to start the day!

My wife and I have stayed several times now. This has become our anniversary get away each year. I cant say enough about how peaceful this place is. The owners are very nice and check in on you. If this place were to ever change and not be available my wife and I would be so very disappointed. I hope this little slice of heaven is here for many more years to come.

Great place to stay to get away from the noise and busyness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The room was cozy. Hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. And the view, I couldn't get over the gorgeous view from the back porch. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. I highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay at Lemuel’s Airbnb. The hot tub was amazing and the free breakfast and cleanliness was great. The location is right next to a nice coffee house and cool touristy shopping store. Thank you! I really recommend this place!
