Boutique Motel 202 Riverfront w/ Balcony

Our stay was great. Everything my family and I had planned out was on the strip, so the location of the hotel was super convenient. Also, being able to overlook the river from the balcony was also very soothing. The host was responsive and helpful regarding our parking situation as we had more than one vehicle. Overall, The pricing was great for the location and I would definitely stay here again.

Joyce is a great host. she was on top of things very responsive. The place was exactly like we thought it would be. it's close to everything in the warmer months you can easily walk just about anywhere close by for entertainment and food.

Great location and very clean. We had the pleasure of seeing the Bald Eagle in the tree by the water.

Joyce’s Airbnb was great! Easy check in and very proactive with communication. In fact, I did not have the need to contact Joyce outside of the instructions/communication as everything was very clear and well covered. Joyce’s place is within walking distance to several shops and attractions! Although I could hear the one go-kart attraction located adjacent to the Airbnb at night, it was not loud enough to impact sleep and they usually close around 10-ish. There was a maid who came daily to take out garbage and change out dirty towels. Definitely recommend Joyce’s place to others! Great Airbnb, hospitable host, and wonderful location that is not crowded with people!

Clean, great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Race track closes at 10 and noise was never an issue. You can see the Dollywood fireworks which was really nice. shower was tricky but host responded immediately and helpful. Nice for an unexpected quick trip. 🥰

This is the perfect place for a busy weekend in the Smokies. We really just needed somewhere to sleep and get ready. The room was extremely clean! I told my husband I think it may be one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect. So close to Dollywood and wonderful restaurants and so much more. The view from the balcony was very nice and we even saw 2 bald eagles in a tree across the creek on our last morning! That was amazing to see. We will definitely be back! I would 100% recommend staying here. No cons for me.

We are senior citizens and enjoyed the creek sounds. There was a racetrack in front of the hotel, but I have to say, it really didn't bother us. We walked everywhere we went. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast at Reagens Pancake House. We also had dinner at the Old Mill, and the next day lunch at Golden Corral. We walked to both. No problem. We would stay here again.
