Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Sevier County

We stayed here for two nights on our first trip to Pigeon Forge. Me and my children loved the hotel. Felt vintage and retro and the location was great too. It feels fun for it to be right behind a go kart track and we loved watching the go karts from the front balcony.

We are senior citizens and enjoyed the creek sounds. There was a racetrack in front of the hotel, but I have to say, it really didn't bother us. We walked everywhere we went. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast at Reagens Pancake House. We also had dinner at the Old Mill, and the next day lunch at Golden Corral. We walked to both. No problem. We would stay here again.

It was an amazing place to stay. Super clean and very beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very clean. We had the pleasure of seeing the Bald Eagle in the tree by the water.

We go to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge several times a year. This place was so clean!! It is a great location (a hidden gem). The patio was a great size to hang out and watch the ducks swim by. Easy to get to and a great back road to skip Parkway traffic, yet still close to everything. We will definitely be back!!!

Joyce's place was tucked away in a cute little river space but still near everything! it was clean, cute, and just simple with what you need. The linens smells fresh too. The host was responsive and we liked our stay.

Something that was unclear was that our unit was named “Cabin”. We figured there would be a unit number but upon further review determined that our unit was actually named “Cabin” and the name was on the doormat in the front entrance. Not what we were expecting but figured it out. Otherwise loved our stay. Simple and clean. Thanks!

Our one-night stay at the Blue Heron was great. The host was proactive with communication and patient with us as our responses were delayed due to lack of cell service. The building sits in a beautiful location along the river and is very convenient to all the restaurants and shops in Townsend. We look forward to staying at the Blue Heron again the next time we are in the area.
