Vacation rentals with beach access in Setubal

Very nice accommodation with all the essentials to spend a week with not insignificant comfort on a big day of visiting. Very well located because the beach is only a 5min walk and wide choice of different beaches, on the most beautiful coast of Portugal and its 20km of coast. At first the water is in shock because the temperature is not that of the Mediterranean but after a few minutes it is good. And the warm Costa sun warms you up in 2 minutes. When we arrived, the batteries at the front door were flat but our host changed them at the end of the day so that access to the apartment went smoothly.

João and Connie were perfect hosts. I was greeted in person. João gave very detailed instructions and fantastic recommendations. The apartment is immaculately clean and organized. Just a few feet from the beach, cafés, restaurants, bakery, market. The location is incredible and the amazing views and sound of the ocean made it feel like a dream. It was a beautiful 10 day stay while I worked remotely. I can’t wait to go back. Obrigada João and Connie.

well, first to speak of the extreme sympathy of David, was a super welcoming person, gave us great advice and was always ready to help us, very attentive and helpful, in relation to David's little house, the little house is very beautiful, it is super super welcoming, we feel really well and super comfortable, has an incredibly beautiful view and is close to the beach, it was a wonderful stay, it would repeat again without a doubt! 🥰🥰

A great stay and apartment right by the sea and restaurants. Marco was great - very helpful and responsive. Friendly town with so much character and we were sad to leave. Lovely bedroom. Compact but very comfortable lounge area and kitchen. Everything is walkable including a lovely lady at the small veg and fruit store. Cafe Cubano has the best staff, especially Maria. Frango Guia has the best chicken and Diana was also friendly and helpful.

If you like the calm of an alley by the water, the lapping of the waves and the singing of the seagulls then you will like to stay with John. The apartment is very cozy and the view is very nice. Everything is there for a stay at sesimbra. The plus: delicious Vintage bistro and very good hospitality in the alley.

We loved the house, the decor, and the location. The house is furnished with everything we need. Paulo is super nice! We could use the fireplace, there was a bbq, several heaters in the house, because at night it gets cold. O Sítio is perfect for us to escape the movement of the city.

The house is beautiful, we will definitely recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time in Porto Covo and surroundings. Our favorites were the beautiful trails along the sea (that we could actually see part of from the terrace of the apartment itself, and this -meeting several of the hikers from all over the world setting out on their adventures- gave a really nice flair to the stay and experience); both the 'Fisherman's trail' and part of the Camino de Santiago. There were some nice restaurants in the village itself, but it is necessary to check opening hours during low season, since many of them are closed during several days of the week during this time. One of the best 'hang-outs' was the wine bar Abranda at the main square close by, with local wines and cheese. Thank you!

Very quiet corner lot, amazing views, very clean spacious. Fortunately the ice cream place is not next door as many say, it is down the street, those comments almost scared me away. Do not hesitate, I would repeat!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Sesimbra in October. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to town and the beach. The apartment itself is clean and has a great veranda + pool with view. We were forecast rain and tropical storms whilst we were there and though a bit changeable we had some lovely sunny days and were able to hang out in the pool. We had a trip to the castle, Cabot Especiale and to see the Dinosaur foot prints. We especially enjoyed sampling the delicious food at the many restaurants and having a cocktail or two! The locals are super friendly and it was fun watching the surfers. During our stay there was a tropical storm and Jorge checked in on us and made sure we were aware of the alert and we're ok. We would love to come back some time. Thank you Jorge

This is the best accommodation I have stayed in by far and the kitchen was useable on arrival with oil, seasonings and spices. There was even 2 bottles of wine. I stayed here with my husband and three of my children. The bedrooms were so comfortable and even my son was happy with the sofa bed. We loved the window shutters and blinds for those of us who like sleeping in darkness. It is a very quiet location with the occasional dog barking. I didn't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Lisbon town centre but it wasn't to far away. My youngest child loved the fact that sand was right outside the front of the property and sea was less then a minute away. My children watched the sunset on the first night and it was breath taking but being December it was a bit chilly at night but there was a stand alone heater in the property. David was a very attentive host making sure we were ok. I would definitely recommend staying here and I'm looking forward to returning.

Modern and functional apartment, close to Lisboa and with all appliances you might need for a shorter stay. Luis' apartment was a good base to travel around and also had space in the vicinity to park a rented car.

Lived here with a girl for a month and extended the term 2 more times. The ocean! is all that a lover needs. Apartment close to shops, ATMs and mountains, ocean. You can go out in the morning, at night or anytime and take a walk, take a surf or just eat in cool restaurants from cheap to expensive. Good vibes and view. A quiet place for the end of fall and the beginning of winter. Warm! Swimming and swimming in the ocean. If you walk a little further, there is a magical forest. Parking a car near the ocean 90 cents. It's the best time I've ever had! Thank you very much Ricardo for your hospitality!

The apartment was amzing and could not have been in a better location. So easy to get around the city and so many bars and restaurants nearby. Will def stay here again.

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

Beautiful apartment, the view over Sesimbra is stunning from both the apartment and from the pool. Everything is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool is great and there are umbrellas for shade, a gym and a communal working space also with the view. It's a short walk from town although there are a lot of steps to come back up! The host was really helpful and flexible when we were delayed checking in due to some difficulties with car hire.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and I hated leaving! The place was exactly as described and the view of the ocean from the large balcony simply breathtaking! Very comfortable for couples; comfortable furniture and bed; great shower. It is uphill a bit, so if you don’t have a car, it could be a challenge for some walking down to the beach and back up, but Uber is readily available. I highly recommend this stay!

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
