Monthly Rentals in Serrauccelli

We just spent a week at Giovanna's property. I can only confirm the positive reviews of those who have gone before us. My daughter (13 years old) had a particularly good time in the company of Giovanna's son (Joshua) and the children of two couples who were in the accommodations near ours and who had already been several times at Giovanna's farmhouse: a real "oasis in the desert...... Highly recommend! What a wonderful place to stay in Modica. 10/10 Couldn't ask for more out of a place!

Pietro's place was absolutely perfect. Very comfortable and it had everything you needed. It is in the old town of Modica, and it is just delightful - very beautiful surroundings and within walking distance of everything. It is on the ground floor and felt very safe and secure and the wifi was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower great, with lots of hot water. Pietro was very responsive and when I had a small issue his wife came around within minutes and sorted it for me. He also gave me a couple of really good recommendations for local restaurants. I would love to stay again, for longer the next time and see more of Modica.

The house was a private view point. Whenever I want to see the great view, it is right there. I could enjoy the panoramic view from the balcony and also in the house when it was raining outside. The house was clean and perfect for holidays. I slept well in the cozy room. The house is spacious and quiet. There is everything you need. I really want to stay again someday.
