The teacher host Vanderlei, had the very clear communication, passed all the instructions, answered all the doubts, very cozy place to recharge after a long trip, I felt at home, all very clean and organized as shows the photos, neighborhood easy to find and very quiet!

Since the signing of the stay , we have been served with agility, proactivity and a lot of education and sympathy. We had all orientation for the arrival on site and the apt was in agreement with the announced. Samir and his wife welcomed us and were extremely attentive and polite. The view from the apt is wonderful , it would stay longer if I could.

AMAZING stay. Second year renting the apartment to stay with my friends and we will certainly rent many more times. First, Mário is really a super host, kind and very helpful, even offering us items that were not described when we need and made great recommendations! The apartment is like a house, the rooms are large and although, as described, one of the showers does not work with hot water, it has a shower for ice water, so there are two toilets working well, spacious and well-equipped, accommodating the need of everyone very well. The house was a glow, with well cleaned bedding and towels, an amazing experience. The kitchen has the basics, with a microwave, a coffee machine and an airfryer! In addition to a great washing machine that was a hand on the wheel. Thank you for everything, Mário!

The flat is modern, cozy and very well maintained, in addition to being equipped with the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The location near Praça da Mantiqueira is a great differential, with easy access to several shops and food options. The environment is quiet and safe, ideal for both transit and rest. Great experience! I went to New Year's and wanted to relax for a while! It was great! Bathroom with hot shower, clean and well set room, privacy, a beautiful view and easy to get to! Super recommend! The apartment is large, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. American cuisine had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (suites) were large and very comfortable. Quality bedding. The condominium is delicious. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, plenty of green space for sightseeing in addition to restaurants. We think it's a good value. Marco was always solicited, very educated and attended us promptly every time. We will be back.

The roof is very well equipped, good and modern equipment, large rooms, good location, super cautious condominium, great gym. At the entrance of the condominium there is “Armazem do Vovô” which meets many shopping needs including breakfast and snacks, if you don't want to take it. The apartment was clean, good quality bed and bath linens as well as the kitchen utensils. Wifi works very well in all the premises, including in the outdoor area. Breno was super attentive and careful responding quickly, whenever necessary and with good tips. If I had to quote something I missed, it would be a sofa and tv in the room, since we stayed for 07 days. Mas nos qtos has good tvs. We'll be back!
