The apartment is great. Nice place and close to Rio. It is inside a condo with all available infrastructure, but with many children around and this can mean a lot of noise and mess around. If that's not a problem, everything else is great.

We love it. Just like the listing (and even better). It met all expectations, all extremely clean, tidy house and everything else. Apartment with wifi and all the rest needed for a good hosting.

I've stayed at Monica's other times and I always leave wanting to go back. The apartment is always clean, tidy, the double bed ready, with the bedding, as if it were a hotel. It has towels and blankets for the cold. It has a fan if it is hot. The apartment is charming. This time there was a coffee maker, which made us very happy. The double sofa bed in the living room serves my children very well. We 4 are always very comfortable. It has shampoo, conditioner and hand and body soaps in the bathroom. Kindness. Toilet paper and hand towels too, which makes it much easier to save on the contents of the bags. The living room is large, charming. There are books for anyone who wants to read. The gatekeepers, cleaning staff are kind. It has a covered garage. Monica is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. From there I walk for coffee, dinner, as nearby has several options. It has a very nice front square, with toys for children. I'm already here planning my return.

The room is very small, especially considering that it has a bed and a bunk bed, in addition to a dining table, there is not much space left to transit. But it perfectly suited us, a couple with a 6-year-old. Obviously the idea is to enjoy the excellent outdoor area, so the moments in the bedroom are more the meal (if you are going to do it) and tidying up. Unfortunately the restaurant on site only works on weekends, and we went midweek. However, there are good ifood options, if you do not want to leave the condominium for meals. The condominium is very good and well maintained, the pool is magnificent, the high point of the place. The locomotion between the bedrooms and the recreational areas of the pool, courts, etc., can be a little difficult for people who are very elderly or with difficult locomotion. In the bedroom there are many utensils, bed and bath linens, cutlery. Good play option for children. Gilberto is very attentive and quickly responds to messages. We hope to be back. Thanks.

We had a great stay at the condominium. It was clean, well-maintained and had a great full kitchen! The condominium is secure and is in a beautiful area. Jose was flexible with check-in and was a very kind host. Wonderful!

Lia's “small suite” is very organized and functional, perfect location with good restaurant options and several other nearby outlets (for most to walk around). Host Lia was very attentive and quick in attendance and reception, as well as having good tips on where to eat.

The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos! We had wonderful days because besides being practical, pleasant, beautiful view to the waterfall, the whole condominium was perfect!
