Monthly Rentals in Serra Negra

The apartment is exactly what is in the photos, impeccable cleaning, and it is extremely ventilated and cool, usually I need air conditioning, but I did not even need the fan, just leave the windows open to be very cool and have a good night's sleep. I intend to go back and recommend it, it is very worth it, Danilo always very attentive and helpful, and Clarice also very attentive and helpful.

Note that sheets and towels are not provided, an inconvenience for foreign tourists but, Júlio made it easier with a small addition. The building at the top of the hill with beautiful views and sun coming in through the windows! It's like staying in your relatives' apartment without the relatives, 😁everything to make hosting easier. I hope you can keep the prices fair! It is worth mentioning, as they already have, that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but it's an easy staircase! A small car will struggle 👍🏻 a bit on the final climb. It was worth the cost-benefit, we'll be back!

The apartment is super cozy. The location is right in the center of the city, which allows you to get to know the sights and main walking restaurants. We were greeted with great cordiality and education, for sure this stay contributed and a lot to our trip being remarkable.

Very cozy house, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very complete in its environments and utensils, easy access and with a beautiful view of the balcony. We received great tips of places to visit and from restaurants, which facilitated our days in Serra Negra. Anderson has been very helpful since the reservation. We'll be back soon!
