The place was awesome. Great location in Lake Tahoe. Within 45 mins to every spot in Lake Tahoe. House had all amenities and was very clean. Lots of backyard games and great for the kids. Loved the place.

We had a great weekend stay - cabin is simple but nicely appointed. Small kitchen but it had everything we needed and the oven is full sized. If you're staying in colder months there are several heaters available. If you're not used to bear wire the instructions are very clear, and it's nice to have the hot tub so close to the cabin. Brenda was very responsive throughout the weekend, and the location is close to downtown Tahoe City and Eagle Rock hike, and only ~20-30 minutes from other popular hikes like Eagle Falls/Lake and Inspiration Point.

Fantastic little cozy home. Perfect location for visiting UNR - just a very short walk to campus. Will definitely return!

The house was nice and well-kept inside. Everything worked as described. The lawn is a little rough but it is fully fenced which was nice for our dog and our kids, who loved looking for bugs. Hosts were very communicative and check-in/check-out was smooth. Minimal "clean up" things - load the dishwasher, put towels in washer, turn off thermostat.

Mimi’s cabin is awesome. it is spacious and has everything our family needed. appliances are all great. we will come back again in summer:)

We stayed here as a home base during a big family Thanksgiving reunion and it was the perfect place to land between family events. It was close enough to the main stretch of Grass Valley that it was easy to get to and from different events but secluded enough to feel private and restful. The check in process was extremely easy and Chelsea and Addie were very proactive about sending instructions for checking in and finding the house. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but I was very pleased that they noted it gets serviced between each round of guests. The kitchen was very cute and functional to the point where we wished we were around to cook more. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

For the price, this is a great option. Great location, spacious home and perfect to bring your furry friend along as there’s a great dog park down the street. We used to live in Reno and love staying in midtown so we’re close to all of our old favorite restaurants and activities! Great stay!

The place is great! The location is easy for biking to the shuttle and easy to get to the lake. It’s definitely a little on the older side, but it did the job! We had a baby and a toddler and it worked well. The washer and dryer were so helpful and fast. Also, the beach toys, beach blanket and umbrella were awesome to use. Super accommodating place and excellent host.

Absolutely loved it. Location along the lake was special. Walkable/ very runnable area. Very clean and cozy little spot and felt very private.

The space was exactly as described and the hosts were incredible. They were responsive, proactive and helpful. The location is unbeatable especially if you’re looking to ski at Heavenly. Would absolutely stay again!

Pros: - Very beautiful interior decoration. - Prime location with Wholefoods right across the street. - Access to private beach. - Nice AC. - Functional kitchen. - Host being very responsive when I had a question on parking pass. Cons: - Confusing parking instruction sent out separately by the management company. - Excessive paper work which feels a bit unnecessary. - Quite amount of furniture surface were dusty.

Our stay at Hollie's was awesome! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We had fun fishing in the pond with our grandkids. The house is very nice. The view from the master bedroom is amazing actually the view from all the windows is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We loved gathering on the deck in the evening and the hot tub was very relaxing. Rob and Hollie are great hosts, they went out of there way to be very accommodating. The only downside was we couldn't stay longer. I would highly recommend Hollie's place.

The photos don’t do the house justice! Absolutely gorgeous home with lots of space and everything you need to stay a few weeks there if you’d like! Rooms are well thought out and decorated, amazing taste in decor, the hot tub was high tech and so nice to enjoy, and just overall this home is soooo liveable as details are key in every aspect. We will definitely book again next time we are in South Lake Tahoe! The master bedroom and bath was also especially divine. Communication was clear. Thank you.
