David is a terrific host, responsive, friendly & accommodating. We couldn’t ask for a better place to start our family vacation. The suite was spacious, modern & well appointed. The staff were hospitality focussed. The breakfast that was included was delicious with so many options! The gym & hydro-spa were a treat. Finally, I don’t know if you could ask for a better location - right off of Orchard Road, tons of shops & restaurants and so close to the MRT. We loved it and would highly recommend David’s suite to anyone considering time in Singapore. #NoRegrets!

Great option for a solo traveller looking to find accomodation in a convenient location. Easy access to public transportation, food venues, and other landmarks. Highly recommend

Clean and spacious studio that looks exactly like the photos. 10-min walk from Farrer Park MRT Station means it is in a relatively central and convenient location to access other parts of the city. Plenty of food and grocery options nearby. Having air conditioning is a big plus. As others have mentioned, the street and building are not the most flash, but nonetheless a comfortable stay. There is a laundromat about 5 min walk away if you do not fancy the one in the building. I also experienced some variability in internet speed but for the most part this was not an issue. There is also limited equipment for cooking in the apartment. Leon was a responsive host and helped to settle things where he was able to, or suggest alternatives in other situations.

Stayed at Rafi’ place again. Awesome host, beautiful place and lovely surroundings.
