Amazing location and perfect for our first lakehouse getaway as a couple! Highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again!

Sofia’s place exceeded our expectations. Spotless, well equipped, and a stunning view of Lake Seneca. My family and I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor propane fire pit after an afternoon of visiting the nearby wineries and breweries. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay! Karen thought of everything! Special little touches throughout the house were thoughtful and appreciated. The home was beautiful and the views were amazing. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Lori's place was perfect for our annual visit to the Finger Lakes. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable- the beds are some of the most comfortable we've stayed in. The kitchen is well appointed with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and we were able to make breakfast every morning before heading out to the wineries- there is even a wine cooler for our favorite white wines! The weather was perfect, and we had our coffee on the back deck every morning by the lake, and enjoyed a blazing fire every night! This area offers so much to do and see, and Lori's place is a great location providing waterfront comfort, and close to the wineries and restaurants. We were able to visit Mackenzie Childs, do a free house tour, then shop in the store- highly recommended! We also went to Skaneateles for some fun girls shopping, took the boat tour, and visited Anyelas winery for live music with a beautiful view! Lori's place is perfect for visiting this area, we give it 5 stars!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

My family and I attended our niece's wedding nearby in Victor. There were 10 of us staying, so we needed a place to stay that could accommodate all of us. Serenity Shores was perfect. Plenty of room, peaceful, beautiful view of the lake, spacious enough for all of us to get ready for the wedding. Then such a relaxing place to hang out and rest for a couple of days before heading home. The only issue we had was there only being a spiral staircase between upstairs and downstairs. My 84 year old mother was with us and couldn't do the spiral staircase. Upstairs is level with the driveway/parking, but with the kitchen being downstairs, it was better for her to stay down there. It worked out, there is a path that goes down a hill on the outside of the house to a patio and sliding doors. The path is loose stone, so we held on to mom while she walked down. It wasn't much of a problem, Mom loved the place. Just an FYI. Bottom line, 5 stars. Our family made some great memories.

Relaxing space to enjoy time by the lake and had everything we needed and more!

Our group enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. The location of his house is a good spot even during winter season (having snow on the hill gave us the opportunity for sledding, which the sleds were provided by Mike). Overall, we had a good stay although his home may benefit from deep cleaning, adding more cookware/bakeware, and perhaps heating system for the basement area (both in the bedrooms and common play/living areas). Mike has also been respectful and responsive during my reach out. We look forward to coming back in the summer!

Great place w/ an amazing view of the lake from up on the hill. Super accessible to “downtown.” Bed rooms were great, just be aware that one bedroom (off the dining area) is a bit cold during the winter, as appears to be a converted 3-season room. But not an issue for us. Will definitely rent this location again.

My family and I had a great stay over the holidays. The place was as described, with three good sized bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and plenty of common space. Very dog friendly and games available to keep everyone occupied. It’s nicely set back from the road to feel more private and allow the dogs to roam in the yard without worry. We did leash the dogs by the lake because it was partly frozen but not totally. We enjoyed spending time by the fire and watching the snow fall, beautiful spot!

This was our second time staying at Erin's place. We love it there! Exact same as the first time. Spotless and clean, comfortable beds and we absolutely loved hanging on the dock! So reasonably priced, too!

Wonderful mid-winter stay along the eastern shoreline of Seneca Lake. Property is on a private drive, right next to the back of a vineyard, couldn’t be more “quintessential Finger Lakes” if you tried! Loved sipping fine, local FLX wine in the hot tub as the waves gently crashed against the shoreline. Catharine was super responsive and highly attentive. Highly recommend her as a host. Thank you!

The treehouse was fantastic. Two adults and two children spread out in a place that could easily accommodate many more. The house was stocked with anything you could need during a stay. Instructions before and during our stay made our time stress free. Hosts were proactive, accessible and prompt when we had questions. The house is in a great location to Ithica and to surrounding locations. The views of the lake are gorgeous. Lastly, def save yourself a hassle and mind the instruction to park on top during the winter. We met the man who plows the driveway and he shared a story or two about people who didn't take that advice.

Michelle’s house was lovely. Extremely clean with a beautiful bathtub and fireplace. I am very allergic to sense and so was so happy when there was no smell at all in the house of anything! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This property is beautiful! It's spacious and quiet with gorgeous lake views from both levels. We stayed in the winter and it was so peaceful. There is a hot tub but an unexpected issue made it unavailable just prior to my stay. The hosts were awesome and offered a refund or credit. The decor in the home is lovely and modern. There are two very functional bathrooms and the one shower has a lake view! Can't get much better than that. There is a neat fireplace in the primary room. There is a cute brewery with good food and a winery right down the road. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect peaceful winter retreat and I'd love to visit again in warmer weather!

The house and setting were lovely and Kathy was a wonderful host - she was always responsive and gave helpful recommendations. The lake and outdoor setting were beautiful. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed using the fire pit and looking at the stars. The kitchen had everything we could need. The layout of the first floor made it easy to make ourselves at home and relax - gather at the table, sit on the multiple couches to watch tv. Kathy responded immediately when we ran into an issue with the water and resolved the problem immediately. Please note the information about water usage in the "Other things to note" section of the property description, as this is accurate and something guests should be aware of.

This is a great house in a beautiful place. Really great if you want to be outside and fully experience the lake. Walkout access to the lake and lots of "toys". We could see this being a lot of fun for groups of friends or couples as well. We were a family and it had what we needed, but could clearly support a more social setup too. Daniel was great. He called us as soon as we had a question and helped us several times. It had everything we wanted.

My family (6 adults and 2 kids) spent 3 nights at this beautiful house on Lake Canandaigua. It was the perfect lake house with an incredible view and lake access. The house is extremely comfortable with multiple common spaces (including a fun game room and TVs in virtually every room) and is well equipped with everything you could need. It also has great outdoor spaces, with comfortable seating, huge hot tub and two fire pits (gas and wood). It is located in an idyllic and private setting, but is close (15-20 minutes) to Canandaigua, wineries, breweries, parks, etc. Bill was very responsive to any questions and a very good host. We had a wonderful time at this lake house and would love to return.

We had the BEST stay at Kelly's beautiful home. The views were unmatched, especially amongst the fall foliage. The house was so clean and cozy. We'll be booking again in the future!

This was our first Airbnb, and we will 100% use it again. Peter's place was perfect for our visit home. It was very peaceful, and the views were amazing. The house is directly on the lake, so you have fantastic sunrise and sunset views from the entire first floor and bedrooms. We had the family over a few times, and it was perfect. We usually stay at hotels, and it is hard to have the family over. This time, with the house, was just a fantastic visit to Rochester. We even had the Bills game at our "place." You can't discount making memories, and we thank Peter and his beautiful house for this. We highly recommend this house and Peter as a host.

We had the most wonderful weekend at the lake! This was perhaps the most accommodating home we have stayed in. Heidi and Emily are offering everything -- from the fireplace (already stocked with wood), to a canoe, to lawn games, a dedicated dog area outdoors, and an amazingly well-stocked library. This house truly has it all. It was the perfect location for our 9-member family vacation for grandparents, parents, kids, and 2 dogs. We loved every moment. The house has a great, sprawling layout that seems to go on forever! That means the 3 back bedrooms are quiet, and the door in between them and the living area is great for the early risers while the late sleepers snooze. There are so many nooks for hanging out and having side conversations while still feeling a part of the group, but also a few areas to go for some solitude. We really couldn't have asked for anything more than this home offers. And the views of the lake, both from the home and from the beach/dock, can't be beat!

Fantastic view right on the lake. Huge yard with plenty for the kids (and adults) to do. The space was great for everyone to hang out and also have their own space. Having 3 bathrooms was really nice too. Nice side roads to walk for exercise. Easy driving distance to towns or stores. We wanted quiet and secluded so it was just perfect. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Very nice place and plenty of room for a big group.
