Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Seneca Lake

We had a wonderful stay!! The house has so much character and is tastefully updated to be comfortable. Great layout and sleeping options, plenty of room - it was perfect for our needs!

Staying at Mara's house was exactly what we needed to welcome in 2025. The house itself is immaculate, well appointed, comfortable and has incredible lakefront views to tie it all together. Getting around the Cayuga Lake area was so easy from where the house is located and there are even some incredible wineries and breweries minutes away. The layout and setup of the house was very thoughtfully done and everything we needed (and more) was there. 10/10 excellent stay.

We were in Ithaca for a family Xmas, and Yuan's apartment was perfect for three seniors + small dog. We had everything we needed and much more. The view down towards Ithaca is beautiful; we felt perfectly safe in a quiet, friendly neighborhood; and our drives to Homer, Cortland, The Commons, and Syracuse were easy. We'll be back! PS The comforters were wonderful BTW! Where can we buy some for ourselves?

Large comfortable and quiet home with everything we needed for our visit to Geneva. Conveniently located a short drive from shopping, restaurants and vineyards/breweries.

Everything there are were perfect, but in one room the blanket had so strong smell of baby pee(

Carolyn's lake house is incredible. Our group only stayed for a night, but it was such a great time. The house has fantastic amenities, and the views of the lake are gorgeous. Make sure to take advantage of everything the house has to offer, especially the kayaks and canoes. Carolyn herself was also very kind and easy to communicate with. All in all, highly recommended, even for a short stay!

Chay’s place was the perfect spot to hangout with my family after getting ENGAGED at Tim’s Pumpkin Patch! We felt right at home. Chay’s place was very clean and comfortable and check in/out was effortless. Thank you for letting us stay at your place during this special trip.

Nice place. Quiet location. Very very comfy bed. The treats that were left were a great added touch (apples, muffins, cheese, etc.). Sheets and bedding were great. Furniture comfortable too. Plenty of towels.

We stayed at Christopher's while exploring the Fingerlakes region in the wintertime. It was warm and comfortable to come back to in the evening. I was easily able to make dinner with the kitchenware provided. Would definitely stay there if we are in the area again. The only thing I would mention is the WIFI connection seemed to be a little weak sometimes (we were able to stream a movie by keeping the phone in the kitchen and casting to the TV). Other than that, everything was great!

This home is perfect if you like a clean, comfortable, well designed get-away. Perfect space for 2. Highlights include: thoughtful, semi-scandinavian design; looks out on beautiful yard; comfortable bath, living and sleeping spaces; and good functional kithchen. Private even though Keith and family were in the main house. Keith responded quickly to the few questions I had.

Very clean apartment and wonderful communication with host. Plenty of space and seating. Parking space assignment letters are hard to see arriving in the dark. There are street parking ordinances in winter months (odd/even day/side parking). Apartment satisfied our needs and would definitely stay again.

This unit was perfect for our weekend getaway to Ithaca. It's tucked away in a neighborhood but still only minutes from everywhere. Easy to get to, easy entry to the property, easy checkout. It was all just a breeze. They aren't kidding about the stairs, one step at a time!

Very private and quiet space. There were stairs to get to the walk out basement which was the entrance for the apartment. The front of the house that you see as you enter the driveway is not the same as the picture of the whole house so there was some confusion if I was at the right place. Inside was very spacious and clean.

Branka was very attentive since the moment I requested the booking. Her response time and thoroughness was exceptional. Branka’s place was comfortable and cozy, the kitchen cabinet was very well stocked and overall the place was clean. The two best features in the bnb were the jacuzzi and the old timey heater inside the house. It snowed a bit during my stay and these two features, in addition to the hot chocolate packets she provides, made the bnb a much cozier place. 10/10 would recommend staying at Branka’s bnb.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay! The descriptions and pictures were spot on. We couldn't believe how close it was to the Ithaca State Theatre. We attended a concert there during our stay and it couldn't have been any more convenient. We walked to and from and it was great to not have to worry about additional parking etc. Would definitely stay here again to explore more of what Ithaca has to offer. Thanks, Christy! 😊

This quaint place right on Lake Cayuga was very welcoming. The interior decorating was nice with a peaceful vibe. Although we did not use the kitchen for more than coffee, it provides a full kitchen experience. We'd definitely consider staying there again!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Great Place to stay if your looking forward to relaxing and catching a break from everything.

We had a wonderful holiday week at 4 Cliffside. It is a lovely property with a wonderful view. Kristin and Jeremy were very responsive and friendly. We can’t wait to book another week sometime in the future!

Rachel’s place is cute and cozy and exactly as shown. It is close to Cornell and had a number of thoughtful touches including locally ground coffee. I would stay here again.

This apartment was very convenient to the locations we were headed to. Did a day trip to Niagara Falls. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. One thing to take into consideration when choosing this place is the fact that it’s in the heart of town. We were awakened early in the morning from the traffic and garbage truck.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.
