Monthly Rentals in Semaphore

Great spot for direct access the beachfront, loads of restaurants, and we were lucky to enjoy the visiting fair. Host was very helpful and quick to respond.

If I say that this was either our 4th or 5th stay here, that should be sufficient info. Perfect - the place, the convenience, the cleanliness and equipment. Had a great time.

Julie is so lovely and accomodating. Never before have we had such service at an airbnb. We felt right at home and she even set up Xmas decorations for the kids. The place was so conveniently on the beach and we felt relaxed for our 2 weeks stay. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to anyone who travels to Adelaide

A really nice flat which is functional and has everything you need. It was in good condition and any special requests for our stay of several weeks were catered for. Sonya was a very attentive host and we had good communication during our time there. Everything is within walking distance of the flat (restaurants, shops, etc.). The beach is just a stone's throw from the flat and in the evening you have a great view of the sunset from the small balcony. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back again if we get the chance.
