Charming little house surrounded by greenery and tranquility, perfect for a couple. Convenient as a location to reach the coast and enjoy the hinterland (Vulci, Capalbio and Montalto di castro). Perfect even in the winter with a great air conditioning system. The hosts Federica and Francesco were very kind and welcoming. Come back to try it out in the summer

We had a wonderful holiday in Ilaria's house and enjoyed the stay very much. Capalbio is a quaint spot in Tuscany and very quiet, at least in autumn. Ilaria always informed us very well (during our stay there was a storm warning) and was always easily accessible and concerned if we were well and felt comfortable. The cottage is very well furnished and corresponds exactly to Ilaria's description. The appliances are modern and functional. The apartment and the bathroom are very clean. The shower with rain function is very pleasant. I have rarely slept as well as there, the mattresses are extremely comfortable and the silence in Capalbio contributes as well. The terrace with the wonderful view to the sea is magnificent. Even now, in mid-October, we were still able to swim in the sea. I can only recommend anyone who wants to travel to Tuscany to rent to Ilaria. Ilaria is truly a Superhost.

Lived there for more than a month. Great spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, a good fit for remote workers, but not so much to do in the village though. The host was helpful and responsive.

I had a wonderful stay thanks to incredibly helpful and kind hosts. The apartment was perfect and equipped with everything that you could need. The location is very peaceful, too. I’d highly recommend!
