House vacation rentals in Sehmatal

What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

For 6, we experienced a wonderful, relaxed girls weekend in the dream time house. It was quiet, super clean, equipped with everything you might need and very cozy. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub + barrel sauna very much. It was hard to say goodbye, but we take home beautiful memories! Clear recommendation!

We were a group of 9 friends with 9 kids and this place was absolutely incredible! We felt right at home, check in was super. We lit the oven and sauna and made pizza in the pizza oven. The guys were in heaven with local beer from tap. Jan gave us information about a surrounding hike and we had the best hike into a winter wonderland with rock formations that are out of this world. Outside pool and playground were great, too! Highly recommended!

A great place to feel right at home. Everything newly furnished, with many extras, everything you need, including a welcome gift. Everything clean, tidy and cozy. Absolutely recommended.

Great recommendation. It was very nice and there was nothing missing in the amenities - especially the children were thought of with many indoor and outdoor toys!

Super nice cottage with 2 apartments and a great garden. Enough space for the children to let off steam. Very quiet and located in nature. We had a lovely few relaxing days.

We went to a JGA in Dresden with 8 boys. The pool and grill were awesome. The bathrooms were a good size. The equipment was sufficient. Nothing was missing. Very nice weekend.

We really loved the place. 🙂 It was clean, you have everything you need and is nicely laid out. 🙂 Due to your own property, which is also well protected by hedge or the like, which is great, especially if you want to spend time in peace. 🙂 During the summer the pool is definitely a great addition. 🙂 The place is highly recommended.

We stayed at the place for one night and everything worked out. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice place to stay with helpful and communicative rental.

All around good. It's an old farmer's house with a wood fireplace that heats the whole house if you use it. Norma and Peter did a great job with communication and guiding us. Thanks:)

Beautifully renovated cottage. We spent a few days there during Advent and it was magical. We would love to come back. Florian is pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Amazing calm place great to Hike!

We stayed for an extended weekend and felt comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment was very spacious and perfectly met our expectations. Everything was very clean, so you felt right at home. Due to the quiet and rural surroundings, our four-legged friend has also got his money's worth.

The place is very nice. The house is modern and beautiful. The only thing I would point out is quite a lot of cobwebs in the accommodation, how high the cleaning fee is (30euro). Otherwise, everything was in perfect order.

A memorable stay at a unique place to stay We had the great pleasure of spending a weekend in a lovingly converted chapel that serves as a vacation home – and it was simply fantastic! The location of the place is wonderful – idyllic, quiet and perfect to get away from it all. The chapel itself is an architectural gem that has been renovated with a lot of love for detail. The charm of the building has been preserved and at the same time complemented with modern comfort. The facility left nothing to be desired. From the kitchen to the cozy living area, there was everything you need. Particularly noteworthy is how clean and inviting everything was. When we arrived, it was pleasantly warm and incredibly cozy – just what you want for a relaxing start to the holiday. The landlords were incredibly nice and warm. They made us feel welcome and helpful from the start.

The house is in a niece and quiet neighbourhood. Everything was as described. The communication with the host was very friendly. We had a great stay.

Good value for money. We felt comfortable Plenty of space! Great carport for 2 cars, wifi good. Modern kitchen, but unfortunately rather uncomfortable seating in this kitchen.

Beautiful idyllic cottage overlooking the Bohemian mountains. Quaint garden and quiet location. Plenty of space in the house and very good equipment of the kitchen. Everything very clean. Wonderful place to relax.
