Vacation rentals with breakfast in Seaton

Entering Amelia's cottage was like pulling on a comfy pair of slippers. It never felt like a rental. Thank you :-)

Chloé is really responsive, nice and helpful. The house is really well decorated, spotless and comfortable.

My second stay with Rosemarie. Once again, everything was spot on. Lovely, friendly host, great communications and a good night’s sleep.

My stay in Wareham was exactly what I was lookihg for. A good base to explore the beautiful Dorset Coast. The local town was within easy walking distance and had all the amenities needed. All the facilities at the property were as stated and all working. It was quiet, clean and had everything I needed.

Thanks Richard and Fi for giving us free roaming of your lovely home! I'm sorry we weren't there longer and next time maybe we'll actually meet you. Can't recommend too highly.

Warm, comfortable accommodation which was well equipped. Great breakfast. Ideal base for visiting Longleat Festival of Light.

David is a very considerate and friendly host, showing us round on our arrival and giving us some really helpful info on the local area. His communication is swift and the house thoughtfully prepared. It was perfect for our family with all the amenities we could have asked for. Washer, dryer, washing line and hosepipe, perfect for anyone hitting the beach every day! A great holiday let, i'm sure we'll be back.

Rie’s Retreat is magical. I, how the retreat for 10 women here, and it was idyllic. Her home is spacious, beautiful, peaceful and full of space to reflect and connect, including the most beautiful gardens with dozens of different flowers growing. Her space is filled with positive energy, you can feel the healing powers on the land. And Rie is incredible! First, she is so friendly, personable, and fun! She is also so helpful about everything you need, whether it’s recommendations for activities, or transportation or grocery shopping. She is also an incredible chef, and I highly recommend having her cook your meals for you, as she will make you feel so well fed, pampered, and taken care of. Her meals are healthy and delicious! Even her healthy continental breakfast and snacks are amazing! We all loved the space and the beauty. It’s so close to town and to all Glastonbury sites. I will definitely bring groups of women back here, as Rie is now a friend and sister to us all.

James and Liz have a nice place that is walkable to the University of Exeter and downtown. We enjoyed the freedom of free parking, easy walks, and having a kitchenette was helpful to save some money from going out for dinner. We highly recommend this place and the kind hospitality of the hosts. We hope to stay here when we return to Exeter.

Mike met us to check in and was iincredibly friendly, sharing a wealth of local recommendations. the flat was so cosy and the beds!!! best night sleep I've had in a long time. location great for exploring both Devon coastline (Totnes, dart estuary, shaldon) and Dartmoor all in easy striking distance,.thank you so much for having us!

Our stay at Buckland House was very enjoyable. Christina gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was very bright, well equipped and comfortable with fabulous views of the church and countryside. The countryside around offers stunning walks with plenty of country pubs and restaurants. A great place to stay for our short break.

We had a lovely time in Newton Ferris. Our accommodation was gorgeous and just in the right place. It was very quiet and just right for two people. It was very near a fantastic cafe, pub and local supermarket. We loved it!

This place is a gem, not sure if it suits peoples location as we were there for work. But it was exceptional. We have never stopped in an air bnb so clean. The jacuzzi bath was a massive bonus after a long hard day. Would stop again 100%

We had a wonderful, relaxing, week staying with Jo. It was made clear to us that we were home from home. We even met her and her friends in the local pub one night. We walked back along the country lanes. Poppy, our cocker spaniel x loved it too particularly being able to race around the large, secure, garden, especially with Ruby the very friendly resident spaniel. Poppy & Ruby became firm friends and Poppy is missing her very much! We had such a relaxing stay. We enjoyed swimming in the heated, covered, pool. The Jurassic Coast is a short drive away so we enjoyed fossil hunting and so much more. We will definitely be back…

Our second stay at the Annex as a family of three (cot and highchair provided). Fantastic place, highly recommend it. Mary is a wonderful host and the Annex has everything to make you feel at home.

Great stay at the little Granary, lovely welcome and Linda provided excellent supplies for breakfast. Linda was really responsive and the place was comfortable, ideal for a weekend stay

Beautiful location. Perfect for exploring the Tors. Your hosts will be fabulous storytellers. Good breakfast and tea making facilities.

Just what we needed for a one night stay. The room is small but has everything you need and is very warm. Breakfast was delicious and Lizzie and her husband were kind and friendly.

It was amazing to stay in such a special place. Tolpuddle is a thriving community with an incredible history for such a small place.

What a lovely cosy cottage. It was perfect for an unexpected 2 nights away combined with a visit to my partner's father. We ate out all the time but as mentioned in the listing, there is everything you need to prepare food if you wish. Loved the surroundings ~ so quite and so dark outside it took us a bit of getting used to when we arrived! We found our mobile signal very hit and miss and never got round to asking about the wi-fi. Bliss! Whilst we didn't get to meet Hywel we appreciated all his emails and communication even though we didn't get to see them straight away!

This was a lovely setting, with a lovely host who was most welcoming! The accommodation had a feeling of being separate and private for the guest but homely at the same time! Will definitely seek to stay here for my future golf trips!
