My dog Poppy and I had a lovely stay. It was so warm and cosy, and had everything we could possibly need. Carol and Derek were friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the fenced in garden. Although it was a quick visit we'd definitely recommend it!

Rowena was a wonderful, friendly, helpful host. Her place was really clean & everything we needed. Fabulous location, easy parking. I’d love to stay here again when in Glastonbury.

Very cozy and accessible to town and facilities. All amenities required for stay. Clear and prompt communication, extremely useful.

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

Loved, loved, loved this magical place. Lots of interesting furniture, super comfy bed, our own little courtyard and entrance to the park just through the garden gate. Very friendly welcome. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem, not sure if it suits peoples location as we were there for work. But it was exceptional. We have never stopped in an air bnb so clean. The jacuzzi bath was a massive bonus after a long hard day. Would stop again 100%

Great location. The apartment was easily accessible, well equipped with everything necessary for self sustaining living, clean and cosy. Exactly like in the pictures. Rowena is a very responsive and helpful host. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for two, has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and town. Very clean and comfy furniture. Parking was never an issue. Only thing I would note is people live above but this did not disturb our sleep.

This holiday home was very clean and welcoming, Tracey &Richard was very welcoming we got there very early, i phone Tracey too ask ifcan leave our car and she said come inside and drop our thing's off , Richard gave us the keys and we walked down to the beach, Came back later to find Tracy have left us, tea,coffee, milk and biscuits 😋. Very lovely. And a big yes we would love to go back again, Mike & Jo

A fantastic few days away. We were thrilled with the welcome, the attention to detail, cleanliness and overall feel of the place. I would happily recommend Guy as a host, and will definitely be visiting and staying again. So much to do in the town, great places to eat, drink, shop and explore!

Modern, clean, and clutter-free apartment with everything you might need (and nothing you don’t). It comes with a nice little private garden and its own off-road parking/loading spot, great as its permits only in daytime on the street outside the front door. Perfect for the Uni and just a 15-minute(ish) stroll into Exeter’s town centre. The area is lively, but not keep-you-up-all-night lively. Bonus points: it's a short walk to Mincinglake Valley Park, which boasts fantastic views and is basically a paradise for dog walks—or just for clearing your head after a long night in one of the many pubs in the area. Hosts are super efficient and friendly ! Thank you!

Jessica was extremely helpful and gave great instructions. The apartment had everything we needed. Great location. Had a very enjoyable stay. The only slight downfall was it was a little noisy in front bedroom at closing time at the pub opposite.

A superb and highly appointed apartment, with so many lovely touches, which made it a great place to stay and that’s before the stunning views from the bedroom and terrace! Pauline was a great host keeping in touch regularly with lots of useful information before and during our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay again for our next visit to Salcombe.

We had a beautiful stay for two nights Teresa gave us clear instructions on how to get here as it is very seculded, and lots of recommendations for walks nearby and resturants. We enjoyed the walks they were very peaceful, loved seeing the horses outside and we really enjoyed using the hot tub everyday! A perfect getaway if you want change of scenery and a Homely comfortable vibe. The annexe was very clean and had everything you need,Thank you Teresa for our hamper of breakfast bits we really appreciated this! Would reccomend here and would stay here again

What a fabulous apartment. Perfect location for a few days enjoying Lyme Regis. Close to the beach and the Cobb, surrounded by restaurants, pubs and beautiful shops. Once inside the apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need. Warm, clean, comfortable and spacious. Whilst parking is a challenge everywhere in Lyme Regis, the Woodmead carpark is very local and we could double park for a short time just up the road to unpack and pack the car.

Was the perfect place for our weekend away. Easy check in and not too far out of town. The hot tub was great too!

We had the most amazing time celebrating my partners birthday - Katy and Dale went above and beyond for us. The home is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was unreal

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Hubby & I had a really relaxing long weekend. The apartment was so lovely & warm & cosy and I loved reading my books sitting on the window seat, looking out over the causeway. The apartment was extremely clean and it had everything that you could possibly need & it really felt like "home from home". This is a place to "switch off" from the world in peaceful surroundings. We didn't get to use the pool or the gym this time but they were extremely inviting. The whole complex is quiet & peaceful and with direct private access to the beach & café it's a "real little gem". The outlook across the causeway is incredible and I was completely spell bound by watching the waves and currents swish and swirl around. Even though our weekend was at the time of server gales & rain & even sleet, we were toasty, warm and comfortable. The café was really great to eat in as well. Our host was always available via messaging if we needed anything & the tv reception and Wifi was great. 100% we will return!

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!
