the place was amazing, I stayed with my partner and 2 year old. we booked for the kids room and it didn't disappoint, he loved it. the house was clean, the bed was big and cosy and the living room was spacious and cosy too. the hot tub was a great bonus. we were sent videos to help find the place and show us where to park and how to use the equipment, which is not something I've experienced before but was really helpful and a great touch. would definitely stay again

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Lovely place to stay, just as the pictures showed. Abi was a lovely host too and very informative with check in. Only mild annoyance was the low shower pressure and temperature kept switching between extremes. Other than this, would happily stay again :)

What an incredible renovation Clare has made of Old Smock Mill. It's been beautifully restored and holds such history and charm. Set in idyllic surrounds with great walks for those who like to explore outdoors. Clare made us feel utterly welcome and we enjoyed our stay on every level of the three floors. The fresh homemade bread was a wonderful touch and thoroughly enjoyed with the most glorious of golden eggs. Much enjoyed after a heavenly night's sleep in bedding you just sink into. The Mill is incredibly well dressed, peaceful and provides the perfect little get away. Old Smock Mill certainly lived up to and even surpassed expectations. We have already recommended to friends and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Perhaps next time in the summer months when the walking trails are firmer underfoot.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

Peaceful location, in the heart of the village. The airbnb has all the essentials you need for a few days away. Those who are taller may struggle in the bedroom and the shower due to the pitched ceiling. Be advised phone signal is patchy but the WiFi makes up for that. Heather is friendly and responsive. All in all a good place to stay for a cosy mini-break.

We had a lovely stay at Alma House. Facilities were as described and it all felt like a home from home, as well as being treated with the sauna and cinema. Great location. No issues with parking. Mike, the host was in touch with great recommendations and information.

Lorraine was a lovely and helpful host! The place was lovely and exactly what we were looking for. The area was peaceful and next to a beach. You could easily drive to brighton and local towns for activities and food. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and very clean. There were clear instructions for everything inside and anything you needed for the stay was there. A responsive host and the little complimentary items inside were thoughtful and sweet. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the restful stay, it felt homely!

Julie was there to meet us on our arrival , right from the start she was very friendly and very helpful. The cottage was spotless and in very peaceful surroundings. Seaford and the surrounding areas are beautiful with plenty to do. Julie was very accommodating and allowed us to remain later than the usual booking out time. Overall a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Julies dog was very friendly too.
