Monthly Rentals in Sea Pines Plantation

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 8) loved our visit at The Dunes! Kim was quick to respond to our questions and friendly each time. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. our girls especially loved sleeping in the very wel built bunk beds. The FULL SIZE washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise. The pool was heated and made swimming in April very fun. It truly felt like bath water! The location was very convenient for biking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, a splash pad, grocery store, and a playground. The walk to the beach was short and easy. It was never crowded. We would definitely recommend a stay here and are already planning to book a stay here for our next visit!

A wonderful week at this condo decorated in peaceful shades of sea blue. It was located close to the beach, within walking distance or bike but it's also about a 3-minute drive to the beach where you can park and unload beach gear. You can also rent beach chairs /umbrellas at the beach, but the condo provides them as well. Only a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and Harbor town. My friends and stayed in similar condos side by side. Some days it was great to just go to the pool or hang out in the comfort of air conditioning playing games and eating in. There was space enough for all of us to sit around a table and play games. And after staying up way too late I had the most restful and comfortable sleep. It was one of my most relaxing vacations in quite some time. A calming space to de-stress and recharge. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of nice linens & sufficient parking. Cameron was a WONDERFUL host and was available to answer questions or make suggestions.

We had a great stay. The condo is a second story condo. The condo was very clean and a short walk to the beach ( Took us only about 7 minutes). Communication was great from host and they checked in with us during our stay. The unit is very walkable to the beach and bikeable/short drive to many great restaurants and shops. The appliances in the unit all worked great. The A/c was great for the main area, although I will agree with the other guest that left a review, it does get slightly warmer in the bedroom as it's doesn't have it's own Ac unit. The unit had everything we needed for our short stay. The host stated that this is a relatively new Airbnb. They seemed really receptive to input and I believe this to be a great benefit to future guests. Thanks so much our family had a wonderful time. We look forward to staying again one day.

It was our first time in Hilton Head and Steve’s place was fabulous. It was right on the beach and walkable to the local area. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Steve was a great host and very quick to answer any questions. We would love to come back when we are back in the area. 😊
