Our host were very communicative even over the Thanksgiving. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay at their home great. I highly recommend their property.

The stay here was amazing; it was exactly what we needed. The style of the house is beautiful and it is located in a great place to explore on foot. Also, the host was very friendly and helpful while being quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommend if you want a cozy and genuine experience of Boston.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is the perfect location for a small group or family gathering. I wouldn’t say it’s for young children, but our kids are grown and it was perfect for the five of us. Easy access to Salem, Boston, or the lower end of New Hampshire. We walked to local restaurants for breakfast and dinner/drinks. Access to the train is within walking distance and a quick day-trip to Boston was easily achieved. Linda had the house well-equipped so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything but maybe unusual favorites. Highly-recommended!

Everything was great at the location. I currently a house in the area, but wanted a bigger place for my family to visit. Kitchen came with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner including plates, cups, utensils. We really didn't need to buy much outside of a few things. I wasn't aware there was a section for kids, or a room set up for kids. I may have missed that when booking, but it was a pleasant suprise to see they had a room already ready for my young nephew setup for children. My only problem was that the office downstairs did not have a power cable for the monitor or video cable to connect to it. The office space downstairs is nice with an adjustable desk and computer chain, but for working remotely I did not have anyway to connect to the monitor so I had to provide my own power cable for the monitor and video cable. Outside that, it is a beautiful home and the neighboor is really in a nice area. If you need a bigger spot, this place definitely will fit the bill.

We were attending a wedding in the area. We had 4 couples and a baby. We had a perfect stay .. the home exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival Maxine provided food in the fridge and snacks . Totally unexpected . We sat in the backyard and enjoyed the beautiful trees ..would definitely go back and highly recommend the home ..

Spacious, well-maintained home with sweeping water views! We had a wonderful stay here. The host was very responsive and the house is located near downtown Warren with many amenities. This didn’t disappoint.

Nice suburban neighborhood. House backs up to highway with road noise noticeable in backyard but the interior is very quiet and quiet hours are well observed. Host was respectful, friendly and very accomodating.

Ian is a great host. The place was quiet and clean, it was easy to get to everything nearby and we really enjoyed it there. It’s tucked away from the street, nice and quiet and it was so restful. Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful apartment unit with lots of natural lighting. Short drive away from Boston which has all the things. Don’t let other reviews about the upstairs neighbors turn you away. We stayed for about 4 days and only heard heavy footsteps twice. The unit is such a beautiful and comfortable place to spend your time. Will definitely be returning.

We were so happy with the old Brownstone. So clean and comfortable and the architectural details of the home are beautiful. The kitchen is incredible. We hope to stay again and next time we will bring our furry friends as the home and the neighborhood is very pet friendly.

Great place, private with a little back yard fenced in. Great for my dogs. John wax very responsive and helpful. This is a charming little cottage. Highly recommend !!

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

What a wonderful stay! The listing was extremely accurate, the space was actually even more spacious than the photos conveyed. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated. It was easy to find and get in. The host was responsive and friendly! The best aspect of this Airbnb was by far the location - convenient to Salem via Airbnb and walkable to so many great restaurants and scenic views in Marblehead. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back someday!

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.

Arrived and was met by Steve who immediately offered to help with our packages. He also gave us a quick tour and made it clear that he was just upstairs if we had any questions. The place was in the basement but was not cold or damp at all. The entrance was a little tight with limited head room (headroom was not an issue once in). We settled in easily and found plenty of room for storage. Everything was clean and in place for our arrival. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well both nights. The only thing missing were Kleenex tissues which we got around the corner at the Dollar Tree. While we were there Steve was preparing for Thanksgiving. The smell from the kitchen above was nice. The location fit our needs as it was close to the places we needed to go, and it was in a familiar location. Bill & Charlene

It was a nice place to stay while we visited our daughter. Easy to find and the place was clean.
