Vacation rentals with lake access in Schwyz District

Giuseppe responded quickly to all my questions ! His house met all our needs and I highly recommend.

House "Unterstutzberg" is a lovely swiss retreat with a marvelous view of the Lucerne area including Pilatus mountain. Cows and goats roam the nearby pastures. Liene and Jürg are exceptional hosts and were very responsive to our requests and questions. Highly recommended! Note that the road up to the house is narrow and steep, it might be intimidating the first time but we quickly got used to it. If you encounter another car coming the other way, use one of several pullouts. By default the car going uphill has the right of way, so the descending car should back up to a pullout unless the ascending car has one nearby. Hand signals will usually suffice to coordinate between drivers. Also, note that the ceilings in this 130 year old farm house are low. I am 5'10" (178cm) and had no problems, but people a few inches taller might need to duck a bit.

Lucas was very responsive and helpful, his house is very nice and has a great view on lake and mountains , the train passes by all the time, the outside area is too big and nice, everything is clean except for some spider webs in the corners but overall the house was very clean, there are also fun games for the kids which they enjoyed a lot. The only thing we didn't like was the area around the house, it is very quiet and completely dark at night which is a bit scary, but maybe that is a plus point for others.

We really appreciated this large home for our family of 8. The kids loved the hot tub, darts, outdoor toys, game cupboard, little kitchen and toys and bunk beds. We appreciated the car port and the washing machine. The clothes dryer didn’t really dry our clothes all the way even after several hours and so we needed to hang dry after that and so just plan your laundry timing around that. We loved that the Coop was a block away and we loved the restaurant 6 min away called Wirtschaft Zur Schlacht. We were able to get into Lucerne in about 15-20 min and loved the lake next to us. We appreciated all the recommendations from the host too. They didn’t leave extra supplies and so make sure to pick up some TP and paper towels if you are staying for more than a few days. The beds were fair, not super amazing but okay. We loved the master bathroom and the water pressure and cool TV that comes out of the ceiling. Thank you letting us rent your home! We loved seeing the area!

It was a wonderful place, conveniently located near Lake Sempach. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay here!

We had two great weeks at "Trückli". The location is ingenious, very quiet with beautiful views over the lake, only 30m to the water entry and with many opportunities for hiking and biking. Corina is a likeable and very attentive host and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Amazing house in the middle of a beautiful valley next to a lake! Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Close to all the attractions in the area but this spot provides a more authentic Swiss experience. In fact, one night the hosts, who were extremely helpful and available, served us a delicious locally sourced raclette meal with local wine! The house itself is very nice and spacious and had everything one could ask for from a bnb. Very comfy beds too. Basically a perfect bnb. A+

I came with my fiance and parents and we absolutely loved this place! It’s such a unique experience that I highly recommend to everyone. We came a little late in the night so it was slightly difficult and a little scary to navigate the greenhouse but it was easy once we figured it out! The surroundings are breathtaking and you feel like you’re in a cozy cabin! We had a short stay but wish we could’ve stayed longer. It is a slight bit of drive away from the main city (15min) but worth it if you want a private peaceful getaway. Thank you!

Raphael's place is truly amazing, i very much recommend it. A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms which is very cool indeed. A well equipped kitchen, everything you need for a long stay. And i can't express in words how amazing the view was. A real delight Thank you

What a beautiful, peaceful place! The view is WOW!!! The accommodations were perfect and the apartment was well equipped!! Bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen and living area are very roomy!! The outside garden and eating area are a perfect spot to take in the view!! Our host was so kind and helped our first night with a food delivery since we didn’t speak the language. It’s the perfect location to visit all the popular towns and villages. We would definitely come back. Wonderful host!!!

Absolutely the most beautiful, affordable property, the hosts are so friendly with great guides to the area and information to use the facilities provided. We had the most perfect stay. Beds are sooo comfy and we especially loved the pizza oven!

this was a last minute decision for me. I was given 2 nights in Zurich and decided to spend the first night in Walchwil. without knowing a single thing, except that it is a small town south of Zurich. I threw my self in a country just hoping everything would work out. The host was so kind and answerd all my questions swiftly. turns out most things were closed. of course it's a Sunday. Even so, I walked the beautiful town found a cafe that served pizza and pasta. and took many shots and selfies with mount Rigi. the Unit has massive picture windows to give you the maximum view of the lake and Rigi. there is privacy. electric shutters on the outside and 2 curtains on the inside, one of them are blackout. I never used them, couldn't ruin the million dollar view. it's a small bachelor but beautifully layed out. has a large bed, full kitchen with island, and a dining table for 4. neither of them obstruct each other. the bathroom is bright, shower best I have ever had, pressure is great

We had an amazing stay at Station Seeblick! I am so glad I looked outside of Lucern and Zurich and found this gem. It was an amazing base to explore the area while still being in close proximity to the bigger cities. The view was amazing and the balcony was the perfect spot for a meal. Our three year old son loved watching the boats go to and from the dock in Gersau. The unit was incredibly easy to access, clean, and safe (we slept with the keys in the front door accidentally without issue). We were able to easily grocery shop in town and prepare breakfast each day as well as reheat some leftovers on the stovetop. Marina generously provided items for our 3 month old baby, including a pack and play, changing table, and baby bath. We enjoyed having use of a parking spot and being able to walk on a sidewalk along the walk into town or the boat quickly. One of our favorite air bnb stays yet!

We loved our stay at this location. Beautiful views of the water and great walkable location. Simone and her team were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Bogdan's place is exactly how showed in the pictures. It is next to the train station and coop so very easy to travel. Has a big hall and a very good lake & mountain view. The town is also cute so it's perfect for an evening walk with a nice lake view.
