Vacation rentals with beach access in Schwyz District

What can I say? Our three generation trip to Switzerland was amazing and the home and view even better in person. Heinz was so kind and helpful at check in. Having a fire each night on a cold evening was lovely. Amazing location perched at the top of a hill overlooking the lake. If you are coming in winter, just don’t try to drive back in the middle of a snowstorm or you may need to walk up the hill to the home. Thanks again Heinz!

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Anke and Uli's apartment! Their hospitality was outstanding, treating us like family and checking in daily to ensure everything was perfect. When the new coffee machine didn’t work, Anke immediately offered to make me coffee, which I gladly accepted. Although I initially misunderstood the AC setup, Anke quickly provided a tower fan, making our stay even more comfortable. Their kindness and quick adjustments made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this location. Beautiful views of the water and great walkable location. Simone and her team were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

this place is really special! the views are even more incredible than in the pictures if that's possible. Isabelle had great suggestions for restaurants and things to do and was so responsive. I had never heard of Brunnen before but was so glad we stayed there. it was a great base to go places like Lucerne, Zurich, Interlaken, St Gallen and more. But Brunnen also has so much to offer itself. you could easily spend a whole week there. If you are thinking of booking this place, do it!

We immediately felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the view is beautiful and Robert always responded very quickly to messages and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it!

Had an excellent week long stay with family (3 generations). Location is excellent for walking access to train, ferry on Walensee and lift up to Flumserberg. Crossing the road requires care with little ones & elderlies, but is very manageable - even when carrying a canoe. The house is a perfect mix of modern amenities in a traditional Swiss mountain home. Extremely well equipped for eating in, and has plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax, inside and out. Canoes and Table tennis a real bonus, BBQ too. Martin was an extremely helpful host with plenty of clear explanations in Swiss & English languages. A very enjoyable stay, highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in this cozy house. Everything you need is available. The views from the terrace are unbeatable. The kitchen has a new stove top, oven and dishwasher and is very well stocked. The bathroom is a bit outdated. 1 toilet for 7 people took some getting used to... Everything was super clean and the contact with Walter was very pleasant and straightforward. He informed us well and was always available. A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

The stand out features of Stephen’s place are definitely the location and views. Anyone looking for accommodation with amazing views from every level will love this place. Whilst it wasn’t as modern as a lot of places we’ve stayed in, it was spacious, well-equipped and suited the needs of our family of five just fine. A dedicated car space and washing machine were convenient. There are two supermarkets close by and the cable car up to Mt Rigi is minutes away. We had a memorable time staying here and a huge thanks to Stephen for his advice to go and do the panoramic hike on Mt Rigi.. what a special experience, we loved it.

Everything was great. Bathroom, shower, and room were super clean. Had all toiletries. I loved that he had tea and espresso machine in room.

Our stay with Marcus was simply gorgeous. The place and the location is perfect. The property has everything you could need, even more than stated in the description. The kitchen is well equipped and you really have everything you could need. We didn't miss anything during our stay! The location of the house is great with lake view and mountain view. We started different hikes directly from the house and were completely satisfied. The path to the private beach was also easy to find and we used it a lot. We can 100% recommend the village of Quinten, the surrounding and the accommodation! :)

Beds where very comfortable.

Very spacious apartment overlooking the lake. The lake is less than 5 minutes walking distance, but swimming is not allowed in this place, e.g. picnic is possible. Further on, you can swim in the lake, about a 10-minute walk away. Kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms good. All supplies are provided. Stairs to the front door. Passing trains audible, but that applies to all the properties by the lake as the track runs along the lake. Good communication with the host. Conclusion: great accommodation and subject to repetition!

We had an absolutely brilliant stay in Peter’s lovely apartment at the walensee resort. He was super helpful with info and websites before we came and the apartment was as described. It was so beautiful and peaceful and just a few steps from the lake which we swam in every day. We loved having a little sunset drink at the kiosk just around the corner. The bottom of the cable car up the mountain was just a couple of minutes away and we enjoyed the toboggan and the Cliimber on the Flumsberg mountain. We hiked lots, and the mountain restaurants had play frames etc to entertain the kids. Highly recommended to all, and good value for Switzerland.

Nicole is a great host, proactively reaching out to help you with all necessary detailed information and prepared her home to the top for guests. The place is as described and shown in the photos, and she has left many instructions at home for everything. The sauna was a pleasure. 5min stop from train stop. It has more amenities than expected and offers full comfort of a home. her suggestions for visits around was aslo very helpful. thank you Nicole for this great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Karin's house. She was very kind and even picked us up from the train station on the day of our arrival. The house is just 5-7 minute walk from the train station. It was clean and equipped with all the essentials we needed, whether for cooking or making coffee/tea. Karin was always available and ready to assist whenever we needed help.

Nicole’s place has a stunning lake view, has easy access to the nearby train station and a grocery store is a couple of blocks. Super walkable! But heads up…there’s a lot of residential construction in the neighborhood with cranes and daytime noise (in general, a lot of construction in Switzerland this summer). There was a power cord on a frame crossing the road which partially blocks the view. Nicole is a great host, met us at the train station on arrival and was easy to reach. Definitely will stay again!

A gorgeous, obviously loved, home. Well equipped, warm and inviting. Close to Lake Zurich and only 15 minutes by train into the city. I’d definitely stay here again.
