Very great place to stay. The location is great. Great day tours can be enjoyed from here. Everything was clean and in great condition.

Good, friendly communication. Great house in a lovely location. The kitchen is top equipped! In the basement, a few mosquito nets in front of the windows would still be good. Then you could also ventilate better there.

very nice host who was always available and available for questions and tips. The apartment is well located as a starting point for hikes - many can be started on foot from the house, but also the path to other starting points is not far for hikes around the Zugspitze. we found the bread service particularly convenient every morning, which allowed you to have breakfast relaxed and in peace. If we were to vacation in Lermoos again, we would book Walter's accommodation again.

Very pleasant stay. We were there for a short wellness weekend and enjoyed it a lot. Especially great was that everything was excellently labeled and you couldn't go wrong. As someone who loves to cook, the only small shortcoming is that the kitchen equipment is quite manageable. But that's not negative in the review. Thomas is very careful that his guests are well! He sent a lot of inspiration at the beginning so that you can orient yourself directly if you have any questions, he was quickly available. Even after departure, he was very helpful to us as I had forgotten something in the apartment, he made it possible for us to hand over to friends. We were very grateful to be able to vacation at this accommodation.

Breathtaking views, great quiet location, great starting point for excursions to the beautiful nature in Oberallgäu and Vorarlberg and last but not least great, extremely friendly and accommodating hosts! We had a great time!

Host family super nice and helpful. Location is very nice and quiet. Accommodation looks like the pictures. Check-in and out very straightforward. All really great in all. Only the internet was not always optimal, which is no reason to subtract a star. Still, everything worked out well with planning day tours or the like. We are satisfied and would come back 😊

A beautiful accommodation, with a lot of attention to detail. Super equipped, even with spices, tea towels, shampoo, etc. Very friendly and accommodating host. We had a great time there and would be happy to come back ☺️

Andrea was very kind. We were late because of en-route traffic in Salzburg but she was kind enough to accept our late check-in. The apartment has 3 big bedrooms and a private garden where we ate our lunch. Stunning view! We need to make sure we have enough cash in Austria as bank charges extra for withdrawing cash at atm. Lot of places expect cash as payment including the tourist tax at Sautens.

We had a fantastic holiday in a warm cosy and comfortable house. Can’t recommend it highly enough. At the end this is a lovely family home and the vibes come across. Nothing g is missing, super clean and the views and location are the true Austrian experience. We’ll be back. Thanks to Kristin for super fast communication and being a great host.

We had a nice meeting with Dagmar who was very available and charming. The apartment is small but for 2 people, even with a dog (Spaniel cocker spaniel) it was ideal. We can only recommend this gite! We were able to visit several beautiful cities around. Woringen's restaurant is ready to be recommended.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Very nicely located near the town. A small bakery right down the road. A wonderful experience!

It was simply wonderful at the Hummelhof. You feel comfortable right away. You can take many hikes into nature from the farm, swim at the waterfall, etc. Tanja is a real heart person and super sweet and helpful. All in all, a clear recommendation for the whole family - whether young or old.

The apartment is very large, bright and friendly! There was a large kitchen and large dining area! It was about 10 minutes down the valley to the hallway!

We had a fantastic weekend as a family and nothing was missing. I would like to emphasize that Janin met us with a great empathy in a private emergency and she took great care of me and my family. She made everything possible to help us and was very accommodating to us. In addition, the house was just perfect for a holiday with children, grandma and grandpa, everyone got their money's worth and could enjoy the time. 100% recommend!

Super idyllic and quiet location. We enjoyed staying on spacious grounds or with a great garden. Very very nice and helpful landlord. Anytime again.

We had a great stay and would love to come back any time soon

The accommodation was exactly as described and very nicely decorated. The location was also perfect, there were many mountains nearby and the lake right outside the front door, perfect for a rest 😍 Sarah was always available and if you had any questions, you could always reach out to her and got a quick response.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space and absolutely beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful area. Marion was so friendly and was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

We have just returned from a trip to Sautens where 5 of us stayed at Jessica’s place. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed (and more!) and had gorgeous views. We went for a ski trip and there is ski storage at the property and a ski bus that goes to Oetz almost right outside the apartment. Jessica was very accommodating and lovely and we felt at home. We will definitely be returning - thanks for such a great trip!

We visited for the second time & one is for sure: it won't stay! For us, everything is just right here, value for money is 100% right!
