We had a very nice stay on Karin's houseboat and would book it again anytime. Karin is very friendly and we had good contact with her throughout. The houseboat was clean and exactly as described, but I would rather book it again in the summer. Karin provided us with eggs, milk, rolls and juice, which we found particularly nice. We felt completely comfortable- thank you!

Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of the city center of Alkmaar. Ideal: the shops and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away. The apartment itself is in a quiet place, you sometimes hear passers-by or the church bells, that's it 😃 We found the apartment more spacious than expected. And there was underfloor heating, very nice ☺️

We were the second time guests here and are absolutely satisfied like the first time. The accommodation is beautiful and quietly located, yet it is just a stone's throw to Amsterdam. We will be happy to come back.

Casper is a wonderful and responsive host who has a beautiful place right in the centre of Amsterdam! Showers and beds were the best in any house boat we have stayed on and it was a very special view to watch all the fireworks from on New Years! Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we hope to be back soon!

We stayed with the family for a few nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable there. The accommodation is very well equipped, you will really find everything. In good weather there is a great garden by the house and access to the lake right next door. Numerous play equipment and water sports equipment are also available. We had a great time and would be happy to come back.

Lovely, spacious house in one of the most beautiful places in Friesland, located directly on open water with beautiful views over a lake (It Piel, borders Heegermeer and the Fluessen) and the countryside. Recommended for those who love peace, space and the Frisian lakes.

The house was the same as in the description. It was very clean. The hosts wrote to us a week before. And were quick to respond to questions. We have also received an exact description of how to get to the house. You got into the house and felt right at home. The kitchen is super equipped and it has everything you need. A delicious sweet surprise was also ready for us on the table. Irene and George are great hosts. We will definitely return in any case.

The house in Aalsmeer was very cozy and largely met our expectations. The location is nice, and the place was clean and well appointed. The hostess was friendly and helpful. A small drawback was the heating, which didn't always work optimally, and the internet could be more stable. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the place overall. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location and top service! We at Royal Deck had a fantastic stay at this beautiful location. The area is wonderfully quiet and private, while everything is easily accessible. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get: a neat, clean and well-maintained place. Patricia is very nice in communication and actively thinks along to make the stay as pleasant as possible, for example with cleaning and other amenities. This makes it extra pleasant, especially for longer stays. We definitely recommend this location and will be happy to come back here!

We had a great weekend in the beautiful apartment. The view of the sea from the living room is fantastic! As a welcome, there was another bottle of wine. In the end, Jessica came to tell us bye and we can also stay in the free parking lot. We definitely want to come back!

Small nice apartment that we found clean, centrally located, yet quiet . Comfortable beds, bathroom mini but it is completely sufficient . We will be happy to come back. Sandra

Hugo’s place was very comfortable located in a beautiful location walkable to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Amsterdam.

We only stayed one night but the apartment is really well decorated and squeeky clean. Amazing bathroom!

We were a group of three friends on a girls trip to Amsterdam for the first time. Staying at sleeping at Jacobs was very comfortable and we were afforded easy access to public transportation, local restaurants, and a Canal view. JOZE and NIELS were constant hosts, anticipating what we would need and offering their help with baggage. The place is decorated with artwork and a basket of treats on the table when we arrived. A huge map on the wall helped us plan our days and I felt like I could’ve called it any time to ask for guidance We were able to experience the city like a local in many ways by staying at the Airbnb rather than a hotel and we really appreciated that touch Thank you so much for being a comfortable cozy homebase for us during our trip.

This property is a real gem, and beautifully managed by Morningstar. Great location if you want to be right in a very energetic and historic neighborhood, lots of charm, and a super nice and responsive host. We had only one real problem— the pullout couch upstairs is not very comfortable. It would be fine for kids, but we had to solve the problem by taking the mattress pad off and sleeping on the floor. Not ideal. Another small issue is that the dryer doesn’t really work as it’s a washer/dryer-in-one machine, but I was SO happy to be able to wash and hang our clothes that it really made no difference. The host provides all the amenities you need— laundry soap, Nespresso coffee pods, tea, lots of towels for the bath. There’s even a beautiful, well-functioning bathtub. Thank you Owen for making our stay in Amsterdam so enjoyable.
